Aaronville
One day, a really cute blonde-headed boy named Aaron walked out of his house in California and wandered around. He spotted his brother playing b-ball with his friends Kevin, Brian, A.J, and Howie. "Yo, bro!" his brother Nick shouted. "What up, Nick!" Aaron shouted back. "Come on and play, we're uneven!" Nick hollered to Aaron. Aaron rushed right over and they picked teams. Nick, Aaron, and Howie against Brian, Kevin, and A.J. About an hour after the game began, they were getting tired. "Yo, Aaron..." Nick said. "Don't you have a concert to get ready for?" "Oh man!" said Aaron, bouncing the ball. "Thanks bro." Aaron put the ball down and rushed in the house. About an hour later, Aaron's ride came to pick him up. When Aaron got to the stage, there was a lot of noise. Aaron could tell he had a lot of fans out there. After what seemed like forever, the opening act, No Secrets, went on stage singing Kids in America. After No Secrets performance, the curtains dropped and Aaron went onstage with a backstage pass around his neck, singing, That's How I Beat Shaq. He did back flips and twists and turns, and then after he sang Aaron's Party, he did the coolest thing for a female Aaron Carter fan to think.
"Ok! Now that my party is over because of my parents, I'm going to do a little treat for you all." Aaron looked in the crowd. "If your name or nickname is Kandy please come up to the stage." Thousands of girls started to jump out of their seats. "Oh yeah, you have to prove it" Aaron added. Aaron paced back and forth on the stage, waiting. All the girls sat down again. But one girl, with long brown hair, got up out of her seat, and climbed up the steps onto the stage. "Go ahead and prove it to me" Aaron said. The girl whipped out her cell phone from her handbag and dialed a number. Aaron watched her.
"Hey Lightfoot!" said the girl. "Listen, guess what?"
The girl paused listening to the answer on the other line. "I'm onstage with Aaron Carter right this very second!" Another pause. "I'm dead serious. Listen, I need you to tell Aaron what my name is." Pause. "Great" the girl said. The girl gave Aaron the phone. "Hello?" Aaron asked. Then he listened, said thanks, hung up the phone and gave it back to the girl. "Your name's Kandy alright." He said looking at the smile on her face. Aaron pointed to a stool and Kandy sat down. Then, Aaron sang I Want Kandy and in the middle of the song, he took off the backstage pass and put it around her neck. After the song Aaron slipped Kandy a piece of paper as they took a bow. Then, Aaron got ready for his next song, and Kandy went back to her seat. And she put the piece of paper in her handbag and enjoyed Stride. About an hour later, Kandy took out the note. It said:
Backstage, 10:00, don't be late,
Kandy looked at the note, smiled, and put it back in her pocket. She had a backstage pass, so why not? Just then, Aaron grabbed Kandy's wrist and tossed her backstage. Ok, now Kandy was totally confused. Then, the wardrobe stylist told Kandy to get dress in a cowgirl outfit. Of course Kandy couldn't refuse. The hair stylist made to long French braids in Kandy's hair. And the make-up stylist put on a ton of make-up. Kandy looked awesome. Kandy could hear the beginning of Iko Iko. Then, the director told Kandy to stay at the opening stage area until Aaron brought her out. The song ended and Aaron shot backstage and about 5 minutes later he was dressed in a cowboy outfit. Then Cowgirl started playing. After 30 seconds of that song, Aaron grabbed Kandy and they danced to the song, happily. It was perfect. After that song, Aaron let Kandy sing 3 of her own songs. Kandy definitely did not refuse. She got dressed in jeans and an 'I Love Aaron Carter' t-shirt. She handed the song styles to the musicians. She began with K.a.n.d.y and then Take Control and closed with an Aaron Carter favorite My Party. The crowd roared with applause as Kandy finished. After the concert, it was 9:50. People with backstage passes went to meet Aaron. At 10:00, most girls left, but some stayed behind, as Kandy walked in. Aaron finished signing his last autograph and walked up to Kandy. The girls hushed hoping to hear what was going to happen. Then... it happened. "Kandy, want to come on tour with me?" Aaron asked. Kandy was shocked, but she managed to get a 'How could I refuse,' look and said yes. Kandy finally has the singing career she always wanted. Aaron smiled and the girls looked like they wanted to kill Kandy. Kandy and Aaron walked out of the room talking about Aaron's winter tour. They talked about the designs, stage, costumes, and the songs. Aaron and Kandy both hopped into the limo. Aaron dropped Kandy off, and was going to pick her up in the morning for breakfast. Kandy couldn't wait to see Aaron again.
Kandy woke up, and got dressed in jeans and a sweater. Around 11:00, Aaron picked her up and they went to breakfast. When they were seated, Aaron drew out a contract and a pen. Kandy signed on the dotted line. Aaron smiled and took the contract. "The bus will pick you up at 10:30 in the morning tomorrow." Kandy nodded. Then, they started talking about costumes. Loads of people asked for Aaron's autograph during breakfast, and Kandy's too, after Aaron told his fans that Kandy is going on tour with him. "So, about the costumes, I think for Cowgirl we should wear the matching cowboy outfits. And I'll do my hair in the braids again." Kandy suggested. "Yeah, that would be awesome." Aaron said. "What about That's how I beat Shaq?" Aaron asked. "Easy," Kandy said. "You wear that Shaqille O-Neal shirt, and I'll be dressed up as a Lakers Cheerleader." "I like it," Aaron said. "What's your cell phone number?" Aaron asked Kandy. Kandy told Aaron her cell phone number as they got up to leave. Aaron wrote it down.
They hopped off the bus in front of Kandy's house. They said their goodbyes and Aaron hugged Kandy. Aaron left. They waved goodbye and Kandy went in the house. She went to her room to start packing. She packed jeans, sweaters, coats, jackets, boots, and of course her "prom like" dress for the 2004 Music Mania Award. She is going to accept the Award for "Hottie of The Year." Aaron won that award, and Kandy is going to accept the award with him. She packed jewelry, make-up, and other favorite accessories. She packed a camera, and some money (lots and lots of money) so she could buy clothes, shoes, and other merchandise. She put her bags by the front door, and went to bed.
"There's something I got to say...." Kandy woke up. Her alarm was on music-cd. She woke up to I'm All About You by Aaron Carter, of course. Kandy showered, and got dressed in jeans and a warm sweater. She blow-dried her hair and brushed her teeth. 30 minutes later the doorbell rang and Kandy answered it. It was Aaron's driver. The driver took Kandy's bags and put them in the trunk. Kandy hopped aboard, but Aaron wasn't on. "We'll pick him up next. He wanted me to pick you up first." The driver said as she sat behind the wheel and started the bus. Then they went to pick up Aaron. The bus stopped at a huge house, which said "Carter Residence" on the mailbox. Nick popped his head out the door, and shouted back inside what looked like "AARON! YOUR BUS IS HERE!" Kandy walked out of the bus to greet Aaron. Aaron ran out of the house to greet Kandy as the driver was putting Aaron's bags in the trunk. Aaron and Kandy hugged and got on the bus, talking about the stage. "What if we do, like steps, with a small miniature stage on top of the steps?" Kandy suggested. "Yeah, and the band below the miniature stage leaving a garage-type opening for us to make the big entrance." Aaron said. "Now that is some stage," Kandy said. They stepped on the bus, as it drove away to Hollywood to work on the tour. It was a long, long drive. They stopped a lot, where Aaron had personal fan clubs waiting for him. He signed what seemed like 22,000 autographs. They finally made it to Hollywood where the director greeted them. "Have you thought at all about the winter tour? The name?" the director Johnny Wright said. Kandy and Aaron looked at each other, nodded, and said "Aaron's Winter Party" together at the same time. They told Johnny all about the costumes, songs, and the stage idea. Johnny liked the idea, and got the cute couple to do a brand new music video for I Want Kandy. Both of course, couldn't refuse. "Wait a minute Johnny," Aaron said. "We aren't really a couple yet." "Yet" said Johnny with a smile. Aaron got dress in silver pants, a cherry red top, and a matching silver jacket, for the video. Kandy was dressed in a silver skirt; a cherry red top also, and also had a matching silver jacket. Aaron and Kandy looked like twins, and enjoyed it. This music video is all Christmas-y, just for the tour. There was fake white snow on the fake tree, presents and stage. At the end of the song, Aaron and Kandy hugged and silver confetti dropped on them. It was perfect. Then they worked on the tour a bit more. The stage and songs were done. Just the costumes were left. "We already know the costumes for Cowgirl, and That's how I beat Shaq" Kandy said. Kandy told the wardrobe stylist the designs and she got to work on them right away. Kandy was so happy. She was on tour with Aaron Carter! It was a dream come true. Aaron invited Kandy to play some b-ball with Dream Street. Kandy said yes. They picked teams. Aaron, Kandy, and Chris against Frankie, Greg and Matt. Jesse wasn't in the mood for basketball, so he skipped. Frankie had the ball, and Kandy and Chris were blocking the basket. Aaron was fidgeting around with Frankie trying to get the ball. "So, what's it like dating The Famous Aaron Carter?" Chris asked Kandy. "I'm not dating him," Kandy said. "We're just good friends." Chris smiled. "That's not what he told me," Chris said. Kandy looked at him. "What? Did he say we're dating?" Kandy asked. "Don't look at me," Chris said. "I'm not telling." Kandy looked at the court. Aaron had the ball, and made a goal. "Yes!" Kandy said to herself. "I never knew you liked basketball." Chris said to Kandy. "I do like it" Kandy said. "Then, show me something," Chris, said. Kandy groaned. "Ok, if you insist" Kandy said, walking down the court towards the other basket. She ran, stole the ball from Matt, and slam-dunked it. Chris stood with his mouth dropped. Kandy smiled at him. She and Aaron high fived. They won, and Chris was running down the court to congratulate his team. Frankie, Matt, and Greg hugged Kandy tightly each, and each time she got a hug, she glanced at Aaron, and he looked a little bit jealous. Kandy would have to talk to him later. She and Aaron hugged, nice, long, and smooth. They went back to the studio, talking about Kandy's upcoming concert in Chicago, Illinois. Kandy was really looking forward to it. Dream Street was in her first album, K.a.n.d.y!, that's why they were there in the first place. They walked in the studio, hoping tomorrow would come shortly. It was already 11:23 p.m. when they went to bed. They couldn't wait to see each other again. Tomorrow was going to be an exciting day.
Everyone woke up, showered, and got dressed. Kandy in a simple yet casual red, short-sleeves shirt, and a white skirt, with matching white sandals. She put her hair up in a ponytail braid. Kandy never put her hair down except when she went to bed and that type of stuff. She had on a necklace that says "Goddess" and Aaron and Dream Street were like, 'That is so true'. Aaron was wearing a complete navy sport outfit, with the pants, the shoes, the works. Dream Street all had their own style. Everyone ate breakfast and met in the studio. Kandy was going to record her song Take Control starring Aaron Carter. Dream Street loved that song. She started singin' for a bit, and Aaron hugged her a few times. The song ended, and they were allowed to have some fun. "Basketball," Frankie suggested. "I'll watch." Kandy said. "There is no way I'm playing basketball in a skirt." "I'll sit with Kandy," Matt said. "I got a few questions for her anyway." "I'll be the referee," Greg said. "Just to make the teams even." So it was settled. Aaron and Jesse against Chris and Frankie. Kandy and Matt sat on the bleachers. "So, answer truthfully," Matt, said to Kandy. "Are you dating Aaron?" Kandy looked at Matt in shock. "Dating Aaron?" She said with confidence, since Chris asked her the same question. "Yeah, are you?" Matt said. "No." Kandy said. "We're just good friends." "That's not what he told me," Matt said. "What did he tell you?" Kandy asked. "You mean, he didn't tell you?" Matt said. "Tell me what?" Kandy asked again. "Oh, God" said Matt, as he got up and headed towards Aaron. "Goddess!" Kandy shouted at Matt as he walked. Matt turned around and smiled and winked at Kandy than continued to walk down the court. He signaled Aaron to talk to him. Aaron and Matt chatted for a bit, and kept glancing at Kandy every once in a while. Aaron and Matt signaled her to come over, and she did. "Matt says we're dating," Aaron says to Kandy. "I know. I told him we're just good friends." Kandy explained. "Chris told me your more than that," Matt confessed. "He is so spreading rumors," Aaron said as he put his arm around Kandy. "You think?" Matt said smiling, looking at Aaron with his arm around Kandy. "Chris!" Matt shouted across the field. Chris looked up. "Come here!" Matt shouted. Chris jogged over to the small group. "Yeah?" he said. "You said Kandy and I were dating?" Aaron said, his arm still around Kandy. "Well, it looks like you are," Chris said grinning. Aaron finally realized why they were grinning. He took his arm off around Kandy. "Like Kandy said," Aaron replied. "We're just good friends." By now, the rest of the Dream Street members were walking up the court, towards them, wondering what's the hold up. "What's going on?" Frankie asked. "They're dating," Matt and Chris said at the exact same time. "Are not," Aaron and Kandy said at the same time. "Ok, this is getting out of control" Jesse said. "Yeah," Greg said. "Are you guys dating or not?" "Not!" Aaron and Kandy said. "Ok, suit yourself," Frankie said. Aaron and Kandy looked at each other; apparently hoping Dream Street would believe them. "Let's go back to the studio," Aaron said. "Good idea" Kandy said. And so, Aaron and Kandy marched up to the studio. Dream Street watched, obviously smiling, and walked up to catch up with them.
"Sorry Kandy" Aaron apologized. "I don't know where they got such a rumor. Besides, I know you don't really like me that much. Your only on this tour to start your singing career, right?" Aaron asked, a little sad. "How do you know--" Kandy started. "I just do. I can sense these things," Aaron said cutting Kandy short. "You can sense what things?" said a voice behind Aaron. Aaron and Kandy turned around. Frankie was standing in front of them. "Where's the rest of your Dream Street buddies?" said Kandy, scooting closer to Aaron, walking backwards. "There around here someplace," Frankie answered. Just then, Kandy tripped on a rock and fell backwards into Chris's arms. "Right on time, Chris," said Frankie. "Nice catch." "I know. Such a nice catch, isn't she?" Chris said smiling at Kandy in his arms. Aaron helped Kandy up from Chris's arms. "Ow," she said, limping. Kandy put her arm around Aaron, who was helping her. Aaron guided Kandy to the studio, as she limped a bit. "I didn't think the stone would hurt her," Chris said to Frankie. "Yeah, well it did," Aaron, said, holding Kandy tight. Aaron took Kandy up to the nurse's office. Kandy sat down with a bag of ice on her ankle. Aaron stayed with her. "How do you know--" Kandy began. "I just told you." Aaron said, cutting her short again. "I can sense these things," Aaron finished. "That's not what I was going to say," Kandy said. Aaron looked at her. "What were you going say?" he asked. "What makes you think I just came on tour with you just to start a singing career?" Kandy asked. Aaron sighed. "I can sense these things," he said. "Well, you better get your senses checked. Obviously they aren't working properly," Kandy said, taking the ice bag off her ankle. Aaron stared at her in surprise. "My senses work fine," he said. "No they, ow, don't" Kandy said, putting the ice bag back on her ankle. "What are you sayin'?" Aaron asked, sitting next to Kandy. "I'm saying, I didn't just come on tour with you to start a singing career" Kandy replied. "You didn't?" Aaron asked, obviously confused. "No" Kandy said, fiddling around with the ice bag. "I wouldn't say 'yes' to just anybody." Aaron looked into Kandy's ice blue eyes. "Let's go look at my bedroom and I'll prove to you what I think about you" Kandy said getting up. "Ok. You need any help?" Aaron asked. "No, no, I'm fine." Kandy said. She and Aaron walked straight to Kandy's bedroom. When they got there, Kandy unlocked to door, and opened it. She and Aaron stepped inside. Kandy flipped the switch, and on the wall were thousands and thousands of Aaron Carter posters. Aaron walked around smiling, starring at every poster he could see. You couldn't see Kandy's wall. "Aaron?" Kandy asked Aaron. "Yeah?" Aaron said. "I really do like you, a lot" Kandy said. Aaron looked at Kandy. Aaron and Kandy left Kandy's bedroom, and stood in the hall. Then, the kissed. Not a small peck, but a PG-13 liplock. Just then, they heard a click noise. After, the sound of running feet. Aaron looked at Kandy, Kandy looked at Aaron. Then, they burst into speed, running right in the direction of the click. Suddenly, Kandy bumped into Chris. "What's up guys," Chris said, looking at Kandy. "Someone was spying on us," Aaron said. "Well, what were you guys doin'?" Chris ask with a smile. "That is really none of you business," Kandy said. "I'm Aaron's friend, so that makes it my business" Chris said, looking at Kandy. "Dude," Aaron said. "Did it ever occur to you who was spying on us?" "Wait a minute," Kandy said. "Why are you here anyway?" "Yeah, why are you here?" Aaron asked, putting his arm around Kandy. "I...um...came looking for Kandy. I have to ask her something." Chris said, his smile fading. "Well, what do you want to ask her?" Aaron said, putting his arm around Kandy. "I...um...wanted to ask her...er...what are you doing this weekend?" Chris said, nervously. "Playing basketball, as usual" Kandy replied. "Oh, cool," said Chris leaving. Chris went out the door and left. "That was strange" Aaron said. "Yeah," said Kandy. Aaron removed his arm from around Kandy. "Well, wherever our intruder went, he's long gone," Kandy said. "I have a feeling it was Chris" Aaron said. "Yeah, me too" Kandy said, limping a bit. "You all right?" Aaron asked. "Oh, I'm fine, but I don't think my ankle was ready to run yet." Kandy said smiling as Aaron helped her. "What's tomorrow's plan?" Aaron asked. He and Kandy thought real hard as they went back to the basketball court. "Hey, is Kandy alright?" Jesse asked when he saw Aaron and Kandy walk on court. Aaron and Kandy stared at each other, and then stared at Jesse. "It could have been Jesse," Kandy said. "Why would he spy on us?" Aaron asked. "It could be anybody then" Kandy said. "What are you guys talking about?" Jesse said. "Nothing" Kandy and Aaron said at the same time. "Let's play some basketball!" Aaron shouted. "Not me, I don't think my ankle is completely healed yet," Kandy said as she sat down on the bleachers. "I'll sit with her," Chris said. "Referee!" Greg called out, happily. Chris sat on the bleachers with Kandy. "You know," Chris began. "You looked pretty comfortable with Aaron a few minutes ago" Chris said. Kandy looked sharply at Chris. "What are you talking about?" Kandy asked. "Aaron's arm around you," Chris said. Kandy sighed in relief. "And the other thing," Chris said, smiling. "What other thing?" Kandy said, nervously. "When Aaron did this..." Chris kissed Kandy, long, and deep, on the lips. Aaron glanced up from the ball, and so did the rest of the Dream Street members. Kandy tried to break the kiss, but Chris held her tight. Aaron and everybody else were running over. Kandy broke the kiss, and fell backwards, right into Aaron's arms. "A fallin' angel" he said as he put her down. Chris walked down the bleachers, in front of Kandy and Aaron. "What was that kiss for?" Aaron asked. "Yeah," Dream Street all said. "It was what you did a few moments ago, Aaron" Chris said. "What are...you didn't!" Aaron said. "I did, and I sent it to Popstar! Magazine, too" Chris said smiling. "Oh no" Aaron said. "You mean to tell me that the click noise was actually a camera?" Aaron asked. "Yeah, it was" Chris said. "See you tomorrow," Chris said as he headed towards the studio.
There was rapid knocking on Kandy's bedroom door. Kandy looked up from the television. She got up, put her bathrobe on, and answered the door. There was Aaron with a magazine in his hand. "Have you seen todays magazine?" Aaron asked, listening at the television in the background. "No. Why?" Kandy asked. "Look" Aaron said, holding the magazine in front of Kandy. Kandy took it, and read out loud:

Kandy finished reading the article, and looked up at Aaron. "What the heck is a Chiller Hug?" Kandy asked Aaron. "Honestly, I have no idea" Aaron replied. "Chris is going to pay somehow," Kandy said. "And I know just how," Aaron said smiling at Kandy. Kandy looked puzzled. "Get dress. We have some work to do" Aaron said, leaving. "Aye, Aye Carter Captain!" Kandy called after him. Aaron smiled and left. Kandy got dressed in jeans and a white top with 'Sweet' written on it, and sneakers. She also wore a jean vest, and put her hair up in a neater ponytail. She tied her sneaks, and walked out the door to the basketball court. She walked on the basketball court, with lots of boys whistling and growling at her. She smiled, and made her way down the court, towards Dream Street, with the magazine in her hand. "Hey Kandy!" Frankie called. "You in the mood for basketball?" he asked. "In a minute" Kandy said as she walked up to Chris. The rest of the Dream Street members followed. "What's up, Kandy?" Chris said, when Kandy was in front of her. "As if you don't know" Kandy said. "Know what?" Matt asked behind Kandy. "This," Kandy said as she tossed the magazine to Matt. He caught it, and he and Dream Street were all huddling around, reading the article. They finished reading, and stared at Chris. Then at Kandy. "You're dating him?" Jesse asked. "No, that's the point." Kandy said. By now, Aaron was strolling down the court, with the girls whistling and talking, watching his every move. "You dating Kandy?" Greg asked Aaron. "No" Aaron replied with a sigh. "We're just good friends." "The picture doesn't look like it," Frankie said. "It just...kind...of...happened ... I mean...I don't know" Kandy said, looking deeply at Aaron. "Can you make it happen again?" Chris asked. "Why?" Aaron answered. "So you can take another picture and send it to another magazine?" "I'm sorry, Aaron" Chris said. "It wasn't suppose to turn out this way." "Well, it did," said Kandy, a little sad. "No sweat, Chris, apology accepted" Aaron said. Kandy looked at Aaron like he was insane. Aaron looked at Kandy with loving eyes. Then, he kissed her. He kissed her just like the kiss in the hall. It was perfect. "So, youre dating?" Frankie asked when they finished kissing. "In a way, we are, but we're not dating dating" Aaron said. "Ok. Let's play some basketball!" Greg said. "I'm the referee." "Right." Kandy said, bouncing the ball. "Wait a minute," Kandy said. Everybody looked at her. "I can use some music," she said with a smile. Kandy walked up to c-d player, and put in a cd. Then she hit play, and walked back to the group. "What cd did you put in?" Jesse asked, holding the ball. [ring]. "Oh, hello?" asked Kandy, talking in her cell. "Who is it?" mouthed Aaron. "Are you serious?" Kandy said, surprising. "Wow. Thanks Johnny. I'll tell Aaron and Dream Street. Bye." Kandy hung up the cell and put it in her pocket. "Well?" Chris said. "The tour starts on September 19th!" Kandy said. "Really?" everyone said. "Yep" Kandy said, adding a smile. The cd started. It was Aaron Carter's 'Summertime'. Everybody was cheering happily. They are going on tour. They waited 2 months to here those words. Then they cooled down and played some basketball. After Aaron Carter's 'Summertime', Dream Street's 'It happens every time' came on. After b-ball, they sat on the bleachers. Thousands of fans were around them, listening to every word and asked for autographs. "What's the date?" Frankie asked, after signing an autograph. "The 15th" Kandy said. "Ok, ok, calm down!" Chris said to the fans. The fans calmed down. Chris whispered into Aaron's ear, and Aaron nodded. Aaron whispered into Kandy's ear, and Kandy nodded. Kandy whispered into Frankie's ear and Frankie nodded. Frankie whispered into Jesse's ear and Jesse nodded. Jesse whispered into Matt's ear and Matt nodded. Matt whispered into Greg's ear, and Greg nodded. The group got off the bleachers, Kandy by the CD player. The group nodded at Kandy and she hit play. 'I Want Kandy' started playing, with everybody doing the exact same moves. Later in the song, Kandy did a back flip and landed in Aaron's arms. He put her down, and they danced the same moves again. When the song ended, there was a roar of applause. They all took a bow. Then the group went back to the bleachers and finished signing autographs. They took pictures, and Kandy told everyone about Aaron's tour. "Just to make things even," Aaron said, after Kandy explained about the tour. "Kandy's upcoming album, K.a.n.d.y, will hit stores January 12th. Be sure to check it out." The crowd wrote that down.
Back at the studio, there was a buzz going about the tour. "Hey, read this magazine!" Chris said, holding a magazine in his hand. "No" Aaron said. " Come on, Please?" Chris begged. "Ok, fine, I will," Aaron said, grabbing the magazine from Chris' hand. Aaron read out loud:

Mary Donaldson
"I don't remember these questions, do you Kandy?" Aaron asked after finishing the article. "No" Kandy said. "And those wouldn't be my answers if I was asked those questions. Except for the third and last question. Those would be my answers anyway." Aaron smiled at Kandy. "Alright kids. We're at a gas station. Feel free to walk around and buy some stuff. Be back here in 20 minutes." The driver called out. Dream Street, Aaron, and Kandy got out of the bus. "Look! It's Dream Street, Aaron Carter and Kandy!" shouted a girl with glasses and her hair in a ponytail, like Kandy. Now, there was a crowd of screaming fans, running towards the group. "Get your hands ready," Frankie said. "They'll be hurting afterwards." "Thanks for the warning" Kandy said. "No problem" Frankie said. Kandy nudged Frankie with her elbow. "Ow" Frankie said. Kandy giggled. The fans were screaming their heads off. They all held out papers and pens. Some were asking questions and writing them down on a piece of paper. "Aaron," a girl asked with black shoulder-length hair. "Is Kandy your internet girl? Is Kandy your sugar? What about your cowgirl?" "All three," Aaron said, signing an autograph. "Can you prove it?" the girl asked. Aaron glanced at Kandy, and Kandy nodded. Kandy walked over to Aaron, with a crowd of boys following her. When she got to Aaron, they kissed again. Then Kandy walked back to her spot. "Does that prove it?" Aaron asked. "Yep," the girl said, and left. Slowly the fans left and the group got some water bottles for the road. Then, they went back to the bus. "My hands hurt," Frankie, said. Kandy and Aaron laughed. "No, I'm serious," Frankie, said. "Well, duh, that's what you get for signing 3,000 autographs, Frankie," Matt said. "There were 3,000 people there?" Frankie asked. Kandy and Aaron snickered. "I only counted 2,999," Frankie said. "You are so useless," Matt said. They all went in the bus, and it took off. Kandy and Frankie were finishing their game of checkers. Aaron was looking through the magazine. Jesse, Matt, and Greg were playing Playstation. Chris was reading. It was quiet for a while until..."I don't believe it" Aaron said, looking in the magazine. Everybody looked up from whatever they were doing. "Can't believe what?" Jesse asked, game controller in hand. "We have a concert at Paramounts Carowinds." Aaron said, still looking at the magazine. Jesse, Greg, Matt, and Chris looked puzzled. Frankie was "pretending" to think hard. "No way" Kandy said. "You mean, my Paramounts Carowinds?" "Yeah" Aaron said. "Again?" Kandy asked. "Yeah, again" Aaron said, looking at Kandy. "Can you believe it?" "Not really" Kandy said. "We already had a concert in Carowinds." Kandy said. "We?" Aaron asked. "You had a concert in Carowinds" Kandy corrected. "Now we have to do one?" "Yeah" Aaron said. "Unbelievable" Kandy said, moving a checker piece. "I know" Aaron said, looking at the magazine again. "I win" Frankie said to Kandy. "Not" Kandy said, moving her last checker piece. "I win, Frankie." "We're here!" the driver called out. "Miami, Florida," Jesse said. "Well, I'm looking forward to a week of sunburn." Kandy and Frankie laughed. They went into the stadium. The stage was exactly like they wanted it. And the costumes were moving towards the backstage, looked just how Kandy had described. And on top of the miniature stage, there was the screen. "They did nice work" Chris said. "They?" Kandy asked. "You did" Chris said. "You did nice work." "She did?" Aaron asked. "Ok, you both did. You both did nice work" Chris said. "Thank you" Aaron and Kandy said together. "Wonder if they have a basketball court" Frankie said. Kandy rolled her eyes. "They do" she said. "Where?" Frankie asked. "Uh, behind you" Kandy said, pointing behind Frankie. Frankie turned around, and in front of him was a basketball court. "Oh" Frankie said, in a funny sort of way. "Basketball?" He asked after he was quiet for a few seconds. "Yeah!" the rest of the guys said. "Ref..." Greg was about to say. "Don't think about being the referee," Kandy said, cutting him short. "Youre playing." "But that makes the teams uneven" Greg said. "Not really" Kandy said. "I got to practice some dances for the concert, so the teams are even." "You sure, Kandy?" Aaron said. "Positive" Kandy said. They guys picked teams, while Kandy practiced some dance moves. It was nearly 7:00, when they were done for the day. Everyone headed back to the studio for dinner. "When is your first concert, Aaron?" Jesse asked. "Tomorrow night" Aaron replied. "Tomorrow night?" Kandy asked. "Yeah, too soon, I know" Aaron said.
After everyone ate at least 3 slices of pizza, then they went to the movies.
"That movie was awesome" Kandy said, when they walked out the theater. "Yeah, it was pretty amazing" Greg, said, sipping his coke. "Yeah" everybody agreed. Everybody went back to the studio to get some sleep.
It was about 10:00 when Kandy woke up. She got out of bed, showered, and got dress in jeans with a loose shirt that says "Kandy Girl" in cursive with small cherries around it. She wore her hair up as usual, and wore her white sandals. She sat on her bed, and wrote in her journal. She wrote about Aaron, and Dream Street, and Nick. When it was time for breakfast, she left her journal open next to the fridge, face down. "Oh, before I go," Kandy said to herself. She walked to the fridge, opened it and took out a water bottle. She shut the fridge and left for some breakfast. "Hey Kandy" Jesse said, as he jumped right next to her. "Hey Jesse" Kandy said, sipping her water. "Aaron's first concert tonight, right?" Jesse asked. "Yeah, so soon hough" Kandy replied. "I have to agree" Jesse said. They walked into the studio cafeteria, and sat down. "Hey, what's up guys" Chris said, sitting down with them. "Tired" Kandy said. "Really tired" Jesse said. "Cool" Chris said, sitting next to Jesse. "Hey Kandy!" someone shouted, near the door. Kandy looked up. "Hilary?" she said. Hilary rushed over. "Hey Kandy"Hilary said. "What are you doing here?" Kandy asked, fully surprised. "I came to see Aaron's first concert of the tour" Hilary said. "Who are you?" Chris said, baffled. "Hilary Duff" Hilary said. "A.K.A. Lizzie McGuire." "You play Lizzie?" Jesse asked. "Yeah" Hilary said. "And how do you know Kandy?" Chris said. "Kandy and I are best friends. She will be appearing in the very last episode of Lizzie McGuire in March" Hilary explained. "So, how's Frankie?" Kandy asked Hilary. "Why don't you ask him yourself" Hilary said, with a smile. "What are you talking about?" Kandy said, happily. "He's right behind you" Hilary said. Kandy turned around, and standing in front of her was The Famous Frankie Muniz. "Frankie!" Kandy said, giving him a hug. "Hey Kandy, what's up? How the album?" Frankie asked, after they hugged. "I'm allowed a break today" Kandy sighed. "Really?" Frankie said, sitting next to Hilary, who was sitting on Kandy's left side. "Yeah" Kandy said. "Excuse me, can I have your autograph?" a little girl said to Frankie and Hilary. "Sure" they said, signing the small notebook. "Thanks" the girl said, and walked off. "That was nice" Kandy said. "Anything for a fan" Frankie said. "So, Kandy, I heard you got some new cosmetic magazines" Hilary said. "Yeah, let's go see them. I didn't look at them yet." Kandy said. "You lie" Hilary said, with a smile. "I'm serious" Kandy said, giggling. They left.
"Looks like best friends need some quality time" Jesse said. "Yeah" Frankie Muniz said. "It was good to see Kandy. Hilary told me so much about her. Is she dating Aaron?" Frankie asked. Jesse, and Chris looked at Frankie. "What?" Frankie asked. "In a way, they are. But they're not dating dating" Chris said. "Why did you ask?" Jesse asked Frankie. "Because I overheard Hilary telling The Hair Stylist that she still likes Aaron. A lot" Frankie explained. "And will do anything to get him, even if it means hurting anyone. Including her best friend." "Are you serious?" Jesse asked. "Yeah" Frankie said.
"Look at her shoes. Talk about a major fashion emergency" Hilary said in Kandy's trailer. Kandy laughed. "Yeah" Kandy said, looking at other fashion magazines. "Ooh, what about this color?" Hilary asked, showing Kandy some lipstick ads. "No, no, and again no" Kandy said, smiling. Hilary laughed. There was a knock at the door. "Yeah?" Kandy said, answering the door. "We're going to the movies" Jesse said at the door. "Aaron can't go because he has to work on his concert. Wanna go?" "Sure" Kandy said. "What movie?" "Death to Smoochy" Jesse said. "Ooh, I wanted to see that" Kandy said. "Hilary," Jesse said. "Frankie wants to take you out to eat. Is that alright?" "Yeah" Hilary said, getting up. Hilary walked out the door. "See you soon!" Kandy called out after Hilary. "You got that right!" Hilary called to Kandy, and disappeared in the building. "Yo, Kandy" Aaron said, running up to Jesse and Kandy. "You got any water bottles left?" Aaron asked. "Yeah, in the fridge. Help yourself." Kandy answered. "Thanks" Aaron said, as Kandy and Jesse left. Aaron walked to the fridge. He opened it, and then heard a small, dropping noise. Aaron looked to the left of the fridge, and there was Kandy's journal opened to the page Kandy was witing in earlier that day. Aaron was about to ignore it, when suddenly he saw his name, and realized he just can't ignore it. He picked the journal up, and read the entry.
Yes. This page is definitely about Aaron Carter!! Aaron is soo cute. But he likes Mary-Kate and I can't get in the way of that. Nick met me, and said I was perfect for Aaron. And I have to agree. Dream Street likes me, right off the bat. They keep on asking if I'm dating 'The Famous Aaron Carter' so Aaron and I both provide the same answer. They ask, "Are you guys dating?" We would say, "In a way we are, but we're not dating, dating." Aaron has always been there for me, and I hope he continues to be there for me later on in the future. He has is first concert of the tour 2nite. I can't wait to get onstage. I don't know how Aaron does all those fly dance moves. But at least I'll try to keep up with him. He is so hott, and I wouldn't mind dating him.
Sincerely, Kandy
Aaron smiled. But this journal entry made him a bit sad. He did like Mary-Kate, that was true, but he liked Kandy more. He put the journal back near the fridge, and grabbed a water bottle. Then, he left, thinking of that entry.
"That movie was awesome!" Chris said. "Totally" Jesse agreed. Chris put his arm around Kandy. "What did you think of that movie?" Chris asked Kandy. "It was pretty cool" Kandy replied, removing Chris' arm. "What time is it?" Jesse asked. Kandy looked at her watch. She gasped. "We gotta go" Kandy said. They all ran to the limo, and the limo drove back to the studio. When they got to the limo, the jumped out, and were greeted by Aaron. "Ok, Dream Street opening up, and Kandy will be onstage with me a variety of times." Aaron said, getting everything straight, and pacing back and forth. "It's ok, Aaron" Kandy said. "You have a right to be nervous. It's your first concert of the tour." "And many more to come" Jesse said. "Ooh, we better get ready" Chris said to Jesse, looking at his watch. "Right. See ya on stage, guys" Jesse said, following Chris to the trailors. "I better get ready too" Kandy said. "See ya at the stage!" Aaron called out to her as she left.
"You look fantastic" the make-up stylist said to Kandy, as she continues to put makeup on her. "Thanks" Kandy said. "But don't you think that's enough?" "Oh, yeah, I guess your right" the makeup stylist said, finishing up. There was a knock on the door. "Hey Kandy" Chris said at the door. "Hey, what's up?" Kandy asked, checking her long, braided hair. "You know, I really wish you would put your hair down sometime" Chris said in a low voice, making sure he wouldn't be heard. Kandy heard him. "Anyway, here are the songs, in order of appearance." "You mean in order they are going to be sung," Kandy corrected, looking at the list of 15 songs. "Yeah, yeah, that's what I meant" Chris said. "See you on stage, later" Chris said as he left. "Bye" Kandy said. "Ooh, so Cowgirl is first. Then Bounce. Hmm. He did good work. All my favorite songs." There was a knock at the door. "Kandy, wardrobe time" the makeup stylist said. "Ooh, ok" Kandy said, memorizing the songs.
"Ok, ok let's get ready!" the director shouted. Aaron, Kandy and Dream Street went over the dance that the would do for the song I Want Kandy. "Is it time?" Matt asked, sipping his water. "Yep" the director said. "Onstage, Dream Street." Dream Street was getting ready to go onstage. "Microphones, the portables" said Dan, the microphone specialist. Dream Street put on the microphones and headed for the stage. There was a roar; I mean roar of applause as Dream Street stood on stage. It Happens Every Time started playing. Then after that song, Kandy heard one of them say "We would like to dedicate this song, to a very special girl, Kandy" and then Someone To Hold Me Tonite started playing. Kandy smiled. "Let's play some basketball while they're on" Aaron said to Kandy. "Now? We're going onstage in ten minutes" Kandy said, surprised. "Yeah, I know, but I talked to the director," Aaron took Kandy's hand and headed towards an backstage area, where a basketball and hoop were sitting, motionless. "And decided to add a basketball hoop for That's How I Beat Shaq and he said yes" Aaron finished. Kandy grabbed the ball. "I'm wearing a skirt," Kandy said, looking at her Cowgirl outfit. "So what? Your wearing sneakers" Aaron said. "Fine, one-on-one" Kandy said, bouncing the ball. They could hear I Say Yeah in the background. And they played, very carefully, not to wear themselves out. "Guys, your on in a few" Dan said, appearing with portable microphones. "I win" Kandy said. "You did not," Aaron said.
"Did too"
"Did not"
"Did too"
"Did not"
"Guys, the concert?" Dan said. "I won" Kandy said. "You did not" Aaron said. "Hello? Concert time!" Dan said. "Did too" Kandy said. "Did not" Aaron said. "Oh, I give up" Dan said, leaving the portable microphones on the ground. "That went well" Aaron said. Kandy laughed. "I know." Aaron grabbed a portable, threw it to Kandy and watched her catch it, and then took the other one for himself. They both put on the portable microphones, just in time to see Dream Street emerge in the room to get them. "You--You guys--You guys are on" Matt said, out of breath. "Great. Let's go, Cowgirl" Aaron said to Kandy. And they walked hand-in-hand to the stage.
"Now, I'm on the stage" Aaron sang to Cowgirl. "Performing in front of a capacity." As the song ended, Kandy did, only one of her unusual back flips and landed on two feet right when the song ended. Aaron and Kandy jolted backstage, panting. "Oh, that is so tiring" Kandy said, out of breath. "You better get used to it" Aaron said, with a smile. "Relax Aaron" Kandy said. "I'm not famous yet." "Yet" Aaron said. They got dress in their own, favorite type of style, for the song Bounce.
It went on like that, for the rest of the concert. Kandy doing her back flips, twists, and turns (doesn't that sound familiar). It was very tiring.
"Great job everyone" the director said, when the concert ended. "Here Kandy, you need it" Chris said, handing Kandy a water bottle. "Thanks a lot Chris" Kandy said, sipping the water. "No prob" Chris said. When Chris left, the journal entry popped into Aaron's mind out of nowhere. "Hey Kandy, can I talk to you?" Aaron asked. "Sure" Kandy said, following him to the basketball room. "Yeah?" Kandy asked when they were away from people. "See, I kind of...sort of..." Aaron began. "Oh, sorry I'm late" Hilary said, bursting in the room. "My agent called and...am I interrupting something here?" Hilary asked looking at Aaron and Kandy. "No, Aaron wants to tell me something. Go ahead, Aaron" Kandy said. "Never mind" Aaron said shortly. "Well, the director says you next concert is in Palm Springs, just to let you know" Hilary explained. "Thanks Hil" Aaron said, leaving. "What's wrong with him?" Hilary asked Kandy when Aaron left. "I don't know" Kandy replied. "Hey Hil" Frankie Muniz said, popping out of nowhere, and put his arm around her. "Hey Frankie, what's up?" Hilary asked. "Wait, wait, are you guys dating?" Kandy asked. "Yeah, why?" Frankie asked. "Just asking" Kandy said, taking off her microphone. "Listen, Hil," Frankie began. Then he whispered in her ear. "She did?" Hilary said, surprised. "Yeah, can you believe it?" Frankie Muniz asked. "She is so going to pay" Hilary said. "Um, guys" Kandy asked. "Yeah?" Hilary said. "Who the heck are you guys talking about?" Kandy said. "Oh, somebody" Frankie said, as if trying to hide a secret. "Let's go, Hil." They left. "What was that all about?" Chris and Jesse said together, walking in the room. "I don't know" Kandy said, holding the microphone. Chris took it and threw it aside. "Everybody has been acting real strange. First Aaron, now Frankie Muniz and Hilary Duff. I don't get it." "Wait, wait, back up" Chris said. "Aaron's been acting strange?" "Yeah, he said he wanted to tell me something, but when Hilary popped in the room, Aaron said 'Nevermind' and left. It was pretty weird" Kandy finished. "That does sound weird. He didn't tell you the 'secret'," Jesse did the little quotation marks around 'secret'. "Because Hilary came in the room?" Jesse asked. "Ye-wait, why?" Kandy said, suspiciously. Chris looked at Jesse, Jesse looked at Chris. "Finally we could tell a girl what Aaron thinks" Jesse said. Then he turned to Kandy. "Aaron, since he's acting all weird the way you described him, he did something he shouldn't have, and he's trying to tell you" Jesse said. "Ok, now I have a question" Kandy said. "Sure, go ahead" Chris said, smiling. "Where do you come up with these things?" Kandy said. Jesse put his arm around Kandy. "You don't wanna know," he said, as they left the room, with Chris on the other side of Kandy.
Back at the studio, Aaron was congratulated by lots of people on his first concert of the tour. "What is this month's sport?" Kandy asked on the bleachers with Dream Street. "Last month was basketball," Frankie said. "So this month is" Frankie looked at Jesse. "Seriously?" Jesse said, surprised. "Yeah, your fave sport" Frankie said. "Cool, I'm in the mood for some baseball" Kandy said. Dream Street looked at her. "How did you know that?" Jesse asked. "Well, I study" Kandy said. "Yeah, on us" Greg said. They all laughed. "I went onto a bunch of these Dream Street websites, to find out more about you guys." Kandy said. "Cool" Greg said, as he moved next to Kandy. "Oh yeah, sorry Jesse" Kandy said. Jesse looked at Kandy. "Sorry about what?" he said. "I don't wear that much Abercrombie and Fitch" Kandy replied. Jesse laughed. "That's cute, Kandy, real cute" he said. "Glad you like it" Kandy said. "What's up guys?" Aaron said, climbing the bleachers towards the group. "Hey Aaron" they all said together. "What's going on?" Aaron asked as he sat down on the other side of Kandy. "We're giving Kandy here a quiz" Matt said. "A quiz on what?" Aaron said, looking at Kandy. "A quiz on us" Matt said. "On you guys?" Aaron asked, confused. "Yeah, she knows so much about Jesse, but we want to know how much she knows about the whole group" Greg said. "Oh, cool" Aaron said. "But first," Chris looked at Jesse. "You guys are awesome" Jesse said. "I don't get it" Aaron said. "Jesse's favorite sport is the sport of the month" Kandy replied, giggling, looking at Jesse's face light up. "Oh, congratulations Jesse" Aaron said, putting his arm around Kandy. "Hey guys, what's up?" said a voice behind Aaron. Everybody looked in that direction. "Hey Hilary" Matt said. "Aaron, can I...um...talk to you for a second?" Hilary said, trying not to embarrass herself. "Sure Hil" Aaron said, removing his arm from Kandy and got up. Then he followed Hilary to the grass area. "Uh-oh" Frankie said, once they left. "Ooh" Jesse said. "That's not good" Chris said. "Oh man" Matt said. "Oh-no" Greg said. "What's going on with you guys?" Kandy asked, staring at the 5 Dream Street members. "Oh...um...nothing" Frankie said. "Yeah, it's nothing" Chris said. "Right" everybody else said. Kandy glanced over to Hilary and Aaron, and her eyes widened. "What the--" Kandy started to say, but Chris put his hand over her mouth. "Shh" he said, and then removed his hand. Hilary was kissing Aaron. Kandy got up from the bleachers, sad, and walked back to her room. "Go ahead and make sure she's alright, Chris" Frankie said. "Your the one who really, really, really likes her. Apart from the rest of us." Chris nodded and got up from the bleachers to follow Kandy. Chris ran up to Kandy, caught her by the shoulders, and flung her around so that she was facing him. "Can you believe that?" Kandy asked, trying to break Chris' grip. It didn't work. He held her tight. "No, none of us can" Chris said, staring at Kandy. "Can you let go of me, please?" Kandy asked, in a sad voice. "No" Chris said, holding tighter. "Why not?" Kandy asked. "The rest of the guys and I feel sorry for you, and we don't want to see you get hurt" Chris said, easing his grip on Kandy's shoulders. "We really like you, Kandy" Chris added. "Oh, how sweet," said a mean voice behind Chris. Kandy looked over Chris' shoulder, and then Chris turned around. There, standing three feet away from them was Hilary Duff. "What do you want, Hilary?" Chris asked, taking his arms off Kandy's shoulders and turned around, facing Hilary. "Sorry, Kandy, but Aaron and I are now, officially dating" Hilary said, holding out her left hand. On her middle finger was a diamond ring. "It's called a 'Dating Ring' and Aaron gave it to me as a symbol for our relationship. Bye" Hilary said, and left. Chris turned to Kandy. He could tell by the look in Kandy's eyes, that she needed somebody to lean on. Jesse was now running up to them. "Did Hilary just show you guys the..." Jesse stopped, looking at how sad Kandy was. "The 'Dating Ring'?" Chris asked. "Yeah, she did." "Uh-oh" Jesse said, moving closer to Kandy. "Yeah, you can say that again" Chris said, moving so Jesse can talk to Kandy. "You go back to the group" Jesse said to Chris. "I wanna comfort Kandy a little bit." "Sure" Chris said, and he left to go back to the group. "You ok?" Jesse asked Kandy when Chris left. "No" Kandy said sadly. Jesse gave her a comforting hug. "I can't believe he did that," Kandy said, when Jesse finished the hug. "Tell me about it" Jesse said. "Listen, Kandy" Kandy looked into Jesse's eyes. "If you ever, ever need a shoulder to cry on, or a warm hug, I'm always available. Just for you" Jesse said, looking into Kandy's eyes. "You can trust me." "Thanks Jesse, I would really appreciate it" Kandy replied. "You'll be alright" Jesse said, putting his arm around Kandy than added, "I waited so long to put my arm around you." Kandy smiled. "Your the greatest, Jesse" Kandy said, as they walked back to the bleachers.
"Are you ok, Kandy?" Greg asked, jumping off the bleachers and running torwards her. Jesse removed his arm from Kandy. "Yeah, I'll be alright" Kandy replied. "What do you mean you'll be alright?" Matt said, next to them. "Where did you come from?" Kandy asked. "When I saw you, we all came," Matt said, as he pointed behind him and Chris, and Frankie were standing right behind him. "Now, what do you mean, you'll be alright? We just saw Hilary and Aaron kissing, and let's not forget the 'Dating Ring' too." Matt said. "What made you cool down?" Frankie added. "Jesse" Kandy replied. "Jesse?" the 4 Dream Street members asked, altogther. "Hey" Jesse said. "Yeah, Jesse" Kandy said.
"What did you say to her?"
"What did she do?"
"How did she react towards you?"
Questions were flying around all over the place. "What's going on guys?" said a voice behind Kandy. Since Dream Street was in front of her, they looked up. "Kandy, don't turn around" Chris said. "Why?" Kandy asked. "Just don't" Matt said. "What can we do for you, Aaron?" Greg asked. "Aaron?" Kandy whispered to Jesse. Jesse nodded, making sure Kandy wouldn't turn around. She had enough Aaron for one day. "I came to see Kandy" Kandy heard Aaron reply. "She's busy right now" Jesse said, looking at Kandy. "Busy doing what?" Aaron asked. "I'm hanging out with Dream Street" Kandy said, turning around and facing Aaron. Her ponytail swayed as she did. "What the--" Matt said. "Kandy, are you sure you know what your doing?" Frankie asked. "Positive" Kandy replied. Kandy stepped up to Aaron. "Go hang out with your new girlfriend" Kandy said. "We don't need to listen to you bragging about Hilary." Kandy moved back in front of Dream Street. "So, that's what this is all about" Aaron answered. "Yeah" Greg said. "And let me add, Kandy feels really guilty about your "relationship" with Hilary and we will be here to comfort her every step of the way" Jesse added. "Oh, well I didn't mean to hurt you, Kandy" Aaron said, looking at Kandy. "Too late Aaron, you did" Frankie said. Aaron looked at Frankie. "Can I have a few minutes alone with Kandy" Aaron said, looking back at Kandy in the middle of the group. "Why? So you can hurt her again?" Matt asked. "No, I wanna hear her feelings" Aaron replied. "Uh-oh" Kandy said. "What's wrong?" Jesse asked, looking at Kandy. "Look" Kandy pointed behind Aaron, and the eyes of the 5 Dream Street members followed. "Oh-no" Chris said. "Um...Kandy?" Chris asked. "Yeah?" Kandy replied. "Let's go" Chris answered. "Great idea, Chris" Matt said. "Yeah, let's move" Frankie said, putting his left hand on Kandy's right shoulder. Aaron turned around. Hilary was walking torwards them, smiling. "Bleachers?" Jesse asked. "Oh, yeah" Kandy said. And they walked to the bleachers. When they got to the bleachers, they sat down. Dream Street sat all around Kandy, like some kind of wall protecting her. They looked over at Hilary and Aaron. Hilary looked like she was crying. Aaron wasn't comforting her. "That makes no sense" Kandy pointed out, looking at Hilary. "What makes no sense?" Matt asked. "Before we left to come here, on the bleachers, Hilary was smiling. All happy and everything. Now she's crying" Kandy groaned. "It makes no sense." "Come to think about it, I think you may be right," Greg said. "Oh, I know what she's doing" Kandy said, studying Hilary hard. "What?" Greg asked. "Can't you tell? She's faking it. I know my ex-best friend." Kandy said. "Yeah, you were her best friend, no doubt" Matt said. "Thanks for saying 'were', Matt" Kandy said, looking at Jesse. Jesse looked at Kandy. Then they looked back at Aaron and Hilary together. Aaron and Hilary were walking this way. "Don't they leave us alone?" Greg asked. "I know. What's with them?" Frankie asked. "Probably wants to hurt Kandy again" Chris said. "You may be right, Chris. But if they do try to hurt her, we're right here to back her up" Jesse said, looking back at Kandy. "Thanks Jesse" Kandy said, giving Jesse a hug. "What was that for?" Jesse asked, smiling, when they were done hugging. "For being here for me" Kandy replied. "We're here for you too" Chris said. "Aww" Kandy said, giving Chris, Frankie, Matt, and Greg a hug. "Hey guys, can I talk to Kandy for a minute?" said a voice from below the bleachers. "Sure" Jesse said, putting his arm around Kandy. "Go ahead, Aaron" Greg said. "Yeah, she's all yours" Chris said. "In private" Aaron added. Oh, well that's different" Jesse said. "Yeah, what do you want to talk to her about?" Frankie asked. "I want to know the answer to that question myself" said a voice behind Aaron. Aaron turned around. "Hilary, please, I got to make things right with Kandy" Aaron replied. "As a matter of fact, Hilary, can I talk to you?" Chris said. "Yeah, yeah whatever" Hilary said. Chris looked at Kandy as he got up. Kandy looked at Chris. Chris winked at her. Kandy smiled and nodded. Then, Chris followed Hilary to the basketball court. "Kandy, can I talk to you?" Aaron asked, when Hilary and Chris were gone. Kandy looked at the remaining Dream Street guys. "I'll be alright" Kandy replied, getting up. Jesse pulled Kandy down by her wrist. "Remember, if you need a warm hug, or a shoulder to cry on, I'm here for you" Jesse said in a whisper, letting go. "Right" Kandy said. And she walked down the bleachers, to Aaron. "Come here" Aaron said, pushing Kandy over to one side of the tennis court. "What do you want, Aaron?" Kandy said, looking at Aaron who was looking around making sure they wouldn't be heard. "She showed you, didn't she?" Aaron asked, looking at Kandy. "Yeah, she did" Kandy answered. "And I wasn't one bit happy about it." Aaron groaned. "What?" Kandy asked, stunned. "I told Hilary not to tell you" Aaron explained. "Too bad" Kandy said. "I don't know why Hilary wanted me. Do you?" Aaron asked. "No, she doesn't, but I do" said a voice behind Kandy. Kandy turned around, Aaron looking in that direction too. "Frankie Muniz!" Kandy said. "Sorry Kandy, I guess I should have told you" Frankie said. "Tell her what?" Aaron asked, putting his right hand on Kandy's left shoulder. Kandy removed it. Aaron looked sad. "Tell her that I overheard Hilary sayin' she still has a thing for you, Aaron, and will get you, no matter what. Even if it means hurting her best friend" Frankie explained. "Your not serious!" Kandy said. "Sorry Kandy" Frankie said, looking into her surprised eyes. "Oh my..." Kandy said. "My best friend?"
"What's going on, Greg?" Matt said. Greg was looking through binoculars. "Kandy looks really surprised after Frankie Muniz said something to her" Greg replied. "I gotta help her" Jesse said, getting up. Frankie pushed him down. "Wait a minute" Frankie said to Jesse. "I thought Chris really likes Kandy. Not you." "Well, um...I guess...um..." Jesse tried to explain. "Out with it, Jesse" Matt said. "Out with what?" Chris said, walking up the bleachers towards the group. "Jesse here, is gonna tell us something" Greg said, looking into the binoculars. "Are you spying on Kandy?" Chris asked, smiling. "Maybe" Greg said. Jesse sighed. "Oh no, we're not finished with you yet" Frankie said, looking at Jesse. "What's up, guys?" said a voice down the bleachers. The group looked down. Kandy was walking up the bleachers. "Hey! Are you ok?" Greg said. Kandy smiled, looking at the binoculars. "Don't you know the answer to that question?" she asked. "Why are you back so soon?" Frankie asked. "Hilary came, and took Aaron and Frankie Muniz away from me" Kandy replied. "Sorry about that, Kandy" Chris said. "No prob, I heard everything I needed to" Kandy said. "What were you so surprised about?" Matt asked. "Oh that" Kandy said, relieved. "Frankie told me that Hilary planned on getting Aaron back, ever since the end of the 'Lizzie McGuire' show that Aaron was in. Their busy schedules kept them apart, but that was no match for Hilary" Kandy explained. "Are you serious?" Chris said. "Totally" Kandy replied. "I got to get Hilary back, some how. I have to get revenge." "Whoa, whoa, whoa" Matt said. "Cool it Kandy, we'll get her back somehow." Jesse sighed again. "Thanks for reminding me, Jesse" Frankie said. Jesse looked surprised. "What?" Jesse said. "Go ahead, out with it, Jesse" Greg said. "Oh no, we're not going there" Jesse said. "What's going on?" Kandy asked, smiling. "Jesse's gonna tell us something about you, Kandy" Greg said. "No way, what does he know about me?" Kandy asked. "Ask him yourself. We're gonna torture him until he tells us" Matt said. "Oh, no your not" Jesse said, laughing. "We don't have a choice" Frankie said. "Fine, fine, I'll say it" Jesse said, smiling. "We're all ears" Kandy said, sitting next to Jesse. "Ok, well...um..." Jesse said, putting his arm around Kandy. "Out with it, already!" Matt said. "Ok, ok" Jesse said, looking at Kandy. "I'll just admit it, I really like Kandy. I mean, really." Kandy looked shocked. "Really? I thought Chris was the one who really, really liked me" Kandy said. Chris looked at Kandy. "I do" Chris said. "This is so...I can't find a word to discribe it" Kandy said, relieved. "This is getting confusing" Frankie said. "Totally" Matt said. Kandy looked all around the the tennis court, through the basketball court, and across the baseball field. "Whatcha lookin' for?" Greg said, looking at Kandy. "I don't know" Kandy replied.
"Let's go, kiddies!" the bus driver said. It was the first day of October, and Aaron had a concert in Palm Springs the day after tomorrow. Kandy yawned. "I hate getting up this early. It's so cold" she said, putting on a sweatshirt over her lavender shirt with kahki pants. She bent down to retie her Nike sneakers. "Your not the only one" Matt said, yawning himself. "Hey guys, what's up?" Aaron asked, behind them. They turned around. Aaron was all lively and happy. "Aaron, you can't be serious. It's 64 degrees out here, and your wearing shorts?" Kandy said, staring at Aaron's outfit. Aaron was wearing kahki shorts with a baggy navy blue shirt. "What? It's gonna get warmer, Kandy" Aaron replied. "That's something to look forward to" Matt said. "I definitly have to agree," Kandy said, fiddling with her braided ponytail. "You never put your hair down, do you?" Aaron asked, putting bags on the bus. "No" Kandy said. "Why not?" said a voice behind Kandy. Kandy spun around. "Yeah, why not?" Chris and Greg were standing in front of her. "I just don't like my hair gettin' in the way" Kandy replied. "Oh, that explains it" Aaron said. "Morning" Jesse said, next to them. "Mornin' Jesse" Kandy said, yawning, which made Jesse yawn. "Next time, Aaron" Greg said, yawning himself. Aaron looked up. "Please, let them wake us up at a different time. Like 10:00." Kandy laughed. "I'm serious" Greg said, putting his arm around Kandy. "Hey guys," Frankie said, joining them. "Hey Frankie" everybody replied. The bus driver was already loading the bus compartment with their luggage. "What's up guys?" Frankie asked, giving his bag to the driver. Kandy yawned. "Tired, huh girl?" Frankie asked. "Yeah, you can say that again" Kandy replied. Greg removed his arm from around Kandy. Frankie Muniz and Hilary Duff joined them. "Let's go!" the driver said. Everybody piled on the bus. "Checkers?" Frankie asked Kandy. "You bet" Kandy answered. Kandy and Frankie set up the checker board and started playing. "Have you seen this month's magazine?" Chris asked Aaron, holding a magazine in his hand. "Geez, Chris" Aaron said. "Just look at it, Aaron" Chris said, giving the magazine. Aaron sighed. "Fine" he said. Aaron took the magazine, and flipped through it, when he stopped suddenly. "What the--?" Aaron said, looking at the page. Kandy looked up. "What is it now?" Kandy asked. "Read it" Aaron said, tossing her the magazine.
Aaron Carter and Kandy Don't Date
As you may have heard, Aaron Carter and Kandy have been dating but that's not true. We got the inside story. Aaron and Kandy don't date, however Aaron is dating 'Lizzie McGuire's' Hilary Duff, and according to Dream Street, Kandy feels sad, about Aaron's new relationship. "We feel really sorry for her" says Greg of Dream Street. "We don't want her to be hurt over some guy" Chris says. "It makes us feel bad, because all of us like this girl, and she's hurt by a guy who actully deserves her" Frankie says. "We'll be there for her, no matter what" Matt tells us. "Even if we have to tie her up to do it. We are going to protect her, so she can't get hurt again like that" Jesse says to us. Dream Street has their own hopes about Kandy, and right now, they say she's feeling very guilty. That is all we know for right now. Let's hope Kandy accepts this new relationship.

Kandy finished reading the artical. "Unbelievable" Kandy said. "No kidding" Frankie said, moving a checker piece. "When did you guys answer this question?" Kandy asked DS. "Oh, um...well...wasn't it last month, sometime?" Matt said. "Yeah, the...oh what was it...the end of last month. Yeah, that was it" Greg said. "Some guy?" Aaron asked Chris. "Yeah, some guy" Chris said, in a-matter-of-fact voice. Aaron groaned. "Let's get with the program. Aaron is dating me, end of story." Hilary said, sipping a water bottle. "What happened with you and Frankie Muniz?" Frankie asked. "Puh-lease. I am so over that creep" Hilary replied. "Creep?" Frankie Muniz asked. "Hey, you called me a freak" Hilary answered. Kandy smiled. "What are you smiling about? I'm dating Aaron, the guy you like" Hilary replied. Aaron looked up at the sound of his name. "You like me?" Aaron asked Kandy. "Yeah, I told you that. I even proved it, if you remember" Kandy replied, jumping one of Frankie's checker pieces. "I don't remember" Aaron asked. "You don't?" Kandy asked shocked. "I don't" Aaron answered. "Hmm, maybe this will help you" Kandy said, getting up. Then she walked, pretending to limp. "No, no that doesn't help" Aaron said, thinking hard. "Come on, Aaron, it's obvious" Frankie said. "Why did you have to give him that clue, Kandy?" Chris asked. "Hey, I fell in your arms, remember, Chris" Kandy said, smiling. "Oh yeah" Chris said, smiling too. "Fine, I really didn't want to go here, but follow me" Kandy said, walking to the back of the bus, where their rooms were. Dream Street followed, along with Hilary and Frankie Muniz. Kandy opened her door, and flipped the switch. There, on her wall, were thousands and thousands of Aaron Carter posters, on 2 walls, and thousands and thousands of Dream Street posters, on the rest of Kandy's wall. "Enjoy" she said, to the group. DS and Aaron looked at every poster they coud see. "When did you do this?" Greg asked. "I've been doing it. Think of it as a special project or hobby of mine" Kandy answered. "Collecting posters of us?" Jesse asked. "Yeah" Kandy said, grinning. "It's pretty cool" Frankie said. "Oh, I remember" Aaron said, looking at the A.C. posters. "Oh, so now you remember?" Kandy asked, smiling. "You know, Aaron, your acting really different" Hilary pointed out. "Come to think about it, you are" Kandy said. "Are you okay, Aaron?" Frankie asked. "Yeah, yeah, I'm fine" Aaron replied, thinking about that petitcular journal entry of Kandy's. "You don't sound fine" Chris said. "What happened to the Aaron who laughed, joked, and pulled pranks on people?" Jesse asked. "And the Aaron who would comfort Kandy in her time of need?" Greg added, putting his arm around Kandy. "If I tell her, it would make it worse" Aaron murmured, thinking out loud. "What is he talking about?" Matt asked. "Aaron, are you sure your ok?" Frankie Muniz asked. "I'm just gonna come out and say it" Aaron replied. "Thank you!" Kandy replied, taking Greg's arm off around her shoulder. "No, no, never mind" Aaron said. Kandy groaned. Everybody left the room, and walked back to the play area. Jesse, and Matt were playing Playstation. Kandy and Frankie continued their game of checkers. Greg started to read. Chris and Aaron were talking. But, they were talking about what was going on with Airboy here. Hilary paced back and forth, and Frankie Muniz just sat there. "You're gonna have to tell her, Aaron" Chris replied, in a pitch whisper. "I know, I know" Aaron said. Kandy was listening, but also concentrating on the game. Kandy could tell Frankie was trying to listen too, but also wanted to focus on the game. Kandy looked at Frankie, and Frankie looked at Kandy. Then, they tried to turn their full attention to the game. "You know what you gotta do" Chris said. "Yeah, but she won't like me anymore" Aaron answered. "Airboy, did you see all those posters in her room? She's crazy about you. I guess, to me, she doesn't care if you're dating Hilary. She still has feelings for you" Chris summoned. "You're right. I'm just gonna tell her" Aaron said. Chris nodded. "I can't believe I did such a thing" Aaron said, after a moment of thinking. Kandy moved one of her checkers. "Look, Aaron, it's not your fault the journal fell over. Though it was your fault when you read it" Chris explained. Kandy looked up. Frankie looked at her in surprise. "Shh" Kandy said, tighting her ponytail. Then, she rested both arms on the table and listened. "Yeah, well, I'll go tell her" Aaron said, getting up. Chris grinned. "Kandy, can I talk to you?" Aaron asked, walking over to the checker table. "Sure" Kandy replied, getting up. Aaron took her hand and led them to the back of the bus, where the rooms were. "Listen, Kandy, I'm sorry" Aaron replied. "It's okay, Aaron" Kandy said, calmly. "No, no, I mean I'm sorry I--" "Read my journal?" Kandy finished. Aaron looked up. "How did you know that?" he asked. "Well, first of all, you and Chris were talking right next to the table where Frankie and I were playing and second--" "You overheard" Aaron said, grinning. "Yep" Kandy answered. "We didn't mean to though." "I guess things are cool between us?" Aaron asked. "They always were cool, Airboy" Kandy replied, giving Aaron a high five. Aaron snickered. "What is going on back here?" replied a voice directly behind Kandy. Kandy spun around. It was Hilary. "I had to confess something to Kandy" Aaron replied, in a grown-up way. "O--kay, whatever, Aaron, Greg wants to see you" Hilary said. "About what?" Aaron questioned. "I--I don't know, about something" Hilary said, in a sarcastic voice. "Okay, fine" Aaron said, and he left towards the front.
"What did Aaron tell you?" Hilary asked with both hands behind her back. "Nothing" Kandy replied. Kandy headed towards the door, but Hilary guarded it. "Can I talk to you?" Hilary asked, fake smile on her face. "Sure" Kandy replied. "Uh--not out here. In your bedroom. I want to make sure we can't be heard" Hilary replied, fiddling around behind her back. Kandy nodded and both girls walked in her room. Hilary shut the door. "Well, we're in my room, now what do you tell me?" Kandy demanded. "Simple" Hilary said. "Aaron told me how much he loves your hair." "So?" Kandy asked. "So, I'm going to cut it off" Hilary said, through a smile. She drew her hands out from behind her back, and in her right hand was a pair of scissors. Kandy gasped. "You wouldn't!" she yelled grabbing her ponytail with one hand. "Oh, like I have a choice" Hilary answered, running her finger over the blade. "Why?" Kandy asked, backing away from Hilary. "Why what?" Hilary said, snipping the scissors. "Why are you doing this?" Kandy asked, shaking. "Well, see, if Aaron likes anything that belongs to you, it's my job to get rid of it. I'm not going to lose him again" Hilary explained. After that, Hilary lunged towards Kandy. Kandy dived to the right, and landed on her back. Hilary crashed into the wall. She got up. Kandy got up and made a run for the door. But Hilary dived for the hair, though she missed but she didn't miss. Instead of, cutting off the hair, she stabbed Kandy in the throat. Kandy layed in the middle of the room, still alive, but hardly breathing. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. Kandy grasp the wound, as Hilary opened the door. Then there was a bang. Aaron kicked the door open, followed by Dream Street. They looked at Kandy. "Oh my--" Kandy heard Greg say. "Did you do this, Hilary?!" Chris bellowed. "Um--no" Hilary said, putting the scissors behind her back. "I'll tell the driver to get to a hospital" Frankie Muniz said. "Right" Jesse said. Then, Frankie M. left. The next few moments seemed like a blur to Kandy. Dream Street all helped Kandy up, making sure not to put to much pressure on the wound. Then, they helped her to the play area, while Aaron stayed behind to talk some sense into Hilary. "Now tell the truth, Hilary Duff" Aaron said, angry. "Did you, or did you not, hurt Kandy." "Um--did not" Hilary replied. "Then, what happened?" Aaron asked, still very angry. "See, a crazy ninja just jumped in the window, stabbed the poor thing, and jumped back out again" Hilary said. "Oh, really?" Aaron said, moving closer to Hilary. "Really" Hilary said, in a lovey-dove type way. Aaron was just inches away from her. Then, he dived behind Hilary, and put pressure on her hands. "Ow, ow, what are you doing?" Hilary asked, trying to excape. "Let go off the scissors" Aaron said. Hilary dropped the scissors. Aaron kepted on putting pressure on Hilary's hands using one hand, while he picked up the bloody scissors with the other. "Outta here" Aaron said. Hilary and Aaron left the room, and the bus was in front of a hospital.
"Ow, what--what happened?" Kandy said, lying in a hospital bed with Dream Street all around her. "Wait a minute, how come I see doubles?" Kandy asked, sleepishly. "Doubles?" Greg said. "Yeah, ten DS members" Kandy said. "Kandy, are you alright?" Chris asked. "Mmm--yeah, yeah, just fine. I'm sure my vision will return in no time" Kandy replied, glancing around the hospital room. "Where am I?" Kandy asked, blinking rapidly for her vision to return. "You're in a hospital" Frankie said. "I'm in a what?" Kandy asked, shocked, rubbing her head in pain. "Yeah, you were stabbed in the throat by a pair of scissors" Matt said. Kandy sat up, then she swallowed. "Ow" she said. "Yes, swallowing may hurt in a few days. Try not to drink or eat that much today" the doctor said. Then the doctor left. Dream Street all stared at Kandy in surprise. Kandy's vision was finally back to normal. "What?" she asked. "Your--your..." Greg said, pointing at her. "My what?" Kandy asked. "Your hair!" Chris added. "What about my hair?" Kandy asked, feeling the back of her head. Then she gasped. Her hair was down, flowing over her shoulders. Jesse ran his fingers through her hair. "Mmm, pretty silky" he said, afterward. Chris did the same. "Wow, Kandy, what shampoo do you use?" he asked. Kandy groaned. "It was about time you put your hair down anyway" said a voice at the hospital door. Dream Street looked that way, and standing there was Frankie Muniz. "Hey Frankie, what's up" Matt said. "This whole mishap..." Frankie said, looking at Kandy, "will have to go to court." "Are you serious?" Kandy asked, fiddling with her hair. "Yo, listen Frankie, we already been in court and we're not doing that again" Greg said. The rest of the Dream Street members nodded in agreement. "Besides we weren't even in the room when Hilary stabbed her" Jesse said. "Yeah, Jester's right" Chris said. "Why are we using nicknames now?" Kandy asked. "I--don't--know" Greg said. "How did you know that was my nickname?" Jesse asked. "Hey, I told you, I study" Kandy replied. "Yeah, on us" Chris said. "Ok, just to tell you guys about the court thingie, I'm leaving now" Frankie Muniz said. "Later, guys." "Bye Frankie" Kandy said. "Don't tell anybody what you just witnessed" Kandy said. "About what? Oh, your hair?" Greg asked. "Yeah" Kandy said. "You better get some sleep, Kandy, we have to go to court, and you don't want to look tired" Matt replied. Kandy shot back down on the bed. "Court?" she said, her hair flowing. "Don't worry, Kandy" Jesse said, removing the hair in Kandy's face. "We'll be right there with you." Kandy smiled. "Now that's what we like to see" Frankie said.
The mishap was taken to court the next day. Kandy wearing a business skirt-suit, was ready. She knew Hilary is going to lie about the whole thing but Kandy had Aaron, who saw Kandy laying there just after she was stabbed. Kandy walked up the to the Courthouse, with Dream Street right beside her. There were photographers everywhere. "Oh, great" Kandy said, tighting her ponytail. Some photophaphers were running up to Kandy and asking all sorts of questions.
"What happened in the room with Hilary?"
"Does Aaron really like your hair?"
"Would you date a member in Dream Street rather than Aaron?"
"Ok, chill, chill" Chris said. "Yeah, zip it" Jesse said. "Hilary stabbed me in the throat, Aaron truely does like my hair, and it depends on what these guys think of having a relationship with me" Kandy answered the questions and continued to walk towards the Courthouse, Dream Street traveling right behind.
"The Hilary vs. Kandy case is now in session" the judge said. "Everyone be seated." Everyone sat down. "Our first witness, please" the judge said. Aaron stood up. "You may call others to the stand" the judge said. "Your honor, I would like to call Kandy to the stand" Aaron said. The judge nodded in approval. Kandy got up and sat at the stand. "Now, Kandy, what really happened in your bedroom?" Aaron asked, trying to look professional. Kandy tried not to giggle. Aaron smiled a bit. "Well, Hilary said she wanted to talk to me, in my room so we wouldn't be heard. Her exact words were 'You know, Aaron really likes your hair' and I said 'So?' and then she said 'So, I'm going to cut it off'. I asked her why and she said 'Because if Aaron likes something that belongs to you, it's my job to get rid of it'. She drew out the scissors and dived at me, but I moved. She got up, and I made a run for the door, but didn't make it" Kandy explained. "Hmm, I see" Aaron said. Kandy tried not to laugh. "Thank you, Your Honor, I would like to call Hilary Duff to the stand" Aaron said after a few minutes. The judge nodded. Kandy got up, and sat back down next to Frankie and Chris. Hilary sat down at the stand. "Why did you stab Kandy?" Aaron asked. "I didn't mean to, I was just playin' around" Hilary said. "Stabbing Kandy and putting her in the hospital is not playin' around, Hilary, and you know it" Aaron replied. "Your honor, I would like you to take your attention to Exibit A" Aaron said, walking over to envidence table. Then, he showed a bag to the jurys and the judge. It was the scissors. "Wha--" Hilary said. "The only evidence found in Hilary's hand, at the scene of the crime" Aaron reported. Kandy looked worried. Frankie put his arm around her. "That's not the evidence" Hilary said. "There was no evidence at the scene." "Stop lying, Hil, you're not only hurting yourself but you're hurting Dream Street, the judge, me, and of course Kandy" Aaron convinced. "That is all, jury, please make your final decision. Court will resume in a few moments" the judge said, and got up. Then She walked through a door, leading behind the courtroom. Frankie removed his arm from Kandy, and all six superstars stood up. Chris, Matt, Frankie, Jesse, Greg, and Kandy walked over to Aaron and Hilary. "I can't go through with this" Kandy said. "Sure you can, you made through most of it" Matt said. Kandy smiled. "Why are you lying, Hilary? You know that's not the way is went down" Kandy asked, looking extremely worried now. "Hey, I own Aaron, and he said I can lie, but make it sound truthful" Hilary answered. "I never said that!" Aaron said. "Oh-ho, believe me, you did" Hilary said. "Court is back in session" the judge said, returning. Then she sat down at her desk. "Jury, I assume you have came up with an answer?" The jury nodded. The baliff took the envelope and laid it on the judge's desk. "Thank you" she said, putting on her spectacles. Then, she ripped open the letter. "I hereby find Hilary Duff, guilty" she said, after a few minutes. "What?!" Hilary shrieked. "Your penalty: Your wish as becoming a singer will not be granted" the judge confermed. "No!" Hilary screamed at the top of her lungs. "Court is adjurned" the judge protested, and left. Kandy sighed. Hilary got up, and paced her way over to Kandy. Kandy was now sitting in the middle between Matt and Greg. Jesse was talking to Aaron. How could you, Kandy?!" Hilary shouted at Kandy. "You stabbed me, Hilary" Kandy said. "Well, if Aaron didn't like you, I wouldn't be in this mess" Hilary said. "I should have killed you when I had the chance." "No, Hilary. You stabbed Kandy, and you have to suffer the concequences" Chris said. "And the concequence is for me not to achieve my dream. It's Kandy's fault in the first place" Hilary replied. People started leaving, including Frankie Muniz. Aaron and Jesse were walking over. "What's going on?" Aaron asked, staring at Kandy. "It's not my fault, Hilary. Stop trying to accuse people for your mistakes" Kandy answered, standing up. "Well, my mistake wasn't rejecting Aaron, Little Miss Know-It-All" Hilary said. "If Aaron really wanted you, then he should have gotten you, but he chose me instead!" Hilary said. "Aaron may not want me, but that doesn't mean he can't talk to me. He has to be yours, and yours only. If you see another girl talk to him, you just have to take hime away" Kandy replied. "So?" Hilary said. "So, Aaron is famous. It's perfectly normal that girls like him, including me" Kandy said. "Um--girls, listen, I think I know how to solve this" Frankie said, standing up. Chris, Matt, and Greg also stood up. "How? There is no possible way" Hilary said. "Actually, there is" Frankie said. "Guys, I think we need to have a meeting." Dream Street went into a corner and huddled up, obviously in deep conversation. "What's going on?" Kandy replied. "Don't know" Aaron answered. Dream Street was walking back to them. "Kandy, we have something to tell you, that Frankie Muniz told us, that he overheard Hilary say" Chris said. "Ok" Kandy said. "Wait, I think I know what it is" Aaron said. "The floor is all yours Aaron" Hilary said. "Kandy," Kandy looked at Aaron. "Remember what Frankie Muniz said, about Hilary?" Aaron asked. "Yeah" Kandy said, grinning. "What did he say about me?" Hilary said. "He said, that he overheard you telling the hair stylist you would do anything to get Aaron back, even if it means hurting your best friend" Matt said. "And obviously you did hurt her" Chris said, staring at Kandy. "Hilary, I have something to tell you" Aaron said. "Sure, boy" Hilary answered. "Consider us, through" Aaron said. Kandy's eyes widened. "What?!" Hilary yelled. "Why?" "Well, for starters, you stabbed Kandy, and you had to lie about everything to make sure Kandy loses" Aaron said. "Come on, guys," Kandy cleared her throat. "And girl" Aaron added. "Let's get outta here." And they left, leaving Hilary, crying her eyes out.
"Did you see this month's magazine?" Chris asked, back on the tour bus, which was now heading for Paramount Carowinds. "Gosh, Chris why are you so interested in the magazines?" Kandy asked. "It's about the court" Chris replied. "Oh, give it to me!" Kandy said, grabbing the magazine from Chris' grip. "Ooh, new Aaron poster" Kandy said, flipping through the magazine. "Hilary vs. Kandy?" Kandy asked Chris looking at a page. "Yeah, enjoy" he said.
Hilary vs. Kandy
The newest diva Kandy, and stary actress Hilary Duff were taken to court shortly after Hilary stabbed Kandy with a pair of scissors.
Kandy read out loud. Frankie, Matt, and Jesse were joining in.
Aaron asked all types of questions, to Kandy, and to Hilary. Hilary lost the case, and her penalty is not to become a singer. If she does, she will be arrested. Aaron broke up with Hilary at the end of the case. Drea Street won't give any comments on the court session. Kandy says she appreciates everything Aaron, Frankie Muniz, and Dream Street are doing for her. At the end of court, Hilary swore she would get revenge. Let's just hope Aaron, Kandy, Frankie Muniz, and Dream Street keep their eyes open.

Kandy finished reading the artical. "Well, at least they got their facts straight" Greg said. "Yeah, no lies, that's what I like to read" Kandy said. "Paramount Carowinds!" the driver called out. "No way" Kandy replied, looking out the window. And the bus stopped. It stopped right in front of a giant amusment park. There were roller coasters, water rides, and lots of places to eat. "That is your Carowinds?" Frankie asked Kandy. "That's it alright. I gotta call Lightfoot!" Kandy replied. "Who's Lightfoot?" Matt asked. "Oh, her name is Rayna, but her nickname is Lightfoot Hotcha, and she loves it" Kandy replied, pulling her cell phone out of her pocket. Then, Kandy dialed.
"Hello?" replied the other line.
"Hi. Is Rayna there?" Kandy asked.
"Hold on" the other line answered.
"Hello?" replied the other line after a few moments.
"Lightfoot, what's up?" Kandy replied.
"Hey Kandy, how's the tour?" Lightfoot asked.
"The tour. Well, let me tell you about the tour. Hilary started dating Aaron, Dream Street is gonna confort me if I'm hurt like that again, Dream Street also saw me with my hair down, Hilary stabbed me in the throat with a pair of scissors, and the whole stabbing Kandy with the scissors thing went to court" Kandy answered.
"All of that happened?" Lightfoot said in shock.
"You don't believe me, do you?" Kandy asked.
"Not really. Hilary is your best friend. Why would she stab you with a pair of scissors?" Lightfoot said.
"Because she wanted Aaron, when she knew Aaron wanted me" Kandy replied. "Anyway, I'm at Paramount Carowinds at the moment, and was thinking maybe you could swing by and meet my new friends."
"I would love that!" Lightfoot replied.
"Great. Meet you in front of, what?" Kandy asked.
"Um--I don't know" Lightfoot replied.
"Ok, how about...Top Gun?" Kandy asked.
"Too noisy" Lightfoot said.
"You're right, how about--" Kandy began.
"How about The Carolina Skytower?" Lightfoot said.
"Perfect. In two hours?" Kandy asked.
"Sure. See you there." Lightfoot said.
"Bye" Kandy said.
"Later" Lightfoot said.
Kandy put her cell phone back in her pocket. "Hey, what's up guys?" Aaron said joining them. "Kandy's friend is gonna meet us somewhere in the park, and is going to meet us" Jesse replied. "Good news, Kandy" Aaron said. "What?" Kandy asked, excidedly. "The director is having a bunch of your c-ds be delivered here, and we can sell them, letting people get the first of your songs, before the c-d even comes out yet" Aaron answered. "Really?" Kandy asked. "Yeah" Aaron said. "That's wonderful news" Kandy said, hugging Aaron. "I know" Aaron said, when they finished the hug. "Kandy, a very confusing question just popped in my mind" Chris said. "What is it?" Kandy asked, looking at Chris. "Where do you live?" Chris asked. "North Carolina" Kandy replied. "Wait a minute, I get what your trying to ask, Chris" Jesse said. "Go ahead, Jesse" Chris said. "Kandy" Jesse began. Kandy looked at Jesse. "Yeah?" she asked. "If you live in North Carolina, then why were you in California?" Jesse asked. "That is a good question, Jesse" Frankie said. "Go ahead, answer it" Greg said to Kandy. "Why were you in California?" "Well, um..." Kandy tried to explain. "Come on girl, it is a very good question and you should have an answer" Matt said. "I was...um" Kandy tried to say. "Spit it out already!" Aaron said. "Ok, I was in California, because Aaron had a concert there, and I had to see it" Kandy said. "You--traveled all the way from the other side of the country, just to see Aaron's concert?" Chris asked. "Yeah, I did" Kandy replied. "You did that, just to see me?" Aaron asked. Kandy smiled. "Yeah" she said. "From all the way across the USA?" Greg asked. "America A O" Kandy said. Aaron smiled. "I really wanted to see another Aaron Carter concert, so I took a plane to Cali, and it's a good thing I did" Kandy replied. "Ok kiddies, let's get off the bus. You have exactly one hour to ride the rides, and then we have to practice" Johnny said. "Um, Johnny?" Kandy asked. "Yeah?" Johnny said. "Can't we have two hours?" Kandy asked politely. "Why?" Johnny asked. "Well, a friend of mine is coming in an hour and a half, so I just want her to meet the hotties" Kandy said. "Ok, in two hours, all of y'all better be behind that stage, prepared to sing and dance" Johnny said. "Deal" the whole group said together.
"This is pretty cool" Frankie said, when they were in the park. "Kandy, what rides do you want to go on, since you pretty much know this park" Matt asked. "Well, let's see. They have...ooh, I know, how about the Carolina Cyclone?" Kandy asked. "Sounds pretty cool" Chris said. So, they went on the Carolina Cyclone. When they got off..."Ahhhh! It's Dream Street! And Kandy!" Fans were running here and there. "Uh-oh" Greg said. "Ok, I have an idea" Matt said. "What?" Kandy asked. "How about we run?" Matt answered. Kandy looked at her watch. "We have a half an hour until I meet Rayna" Kandy replied. "We're never gonna lose them" Frankie said. "Frank's right. There's too many of them" Chris agreed. "Then there is only one choice" Jesse said. "Jess, you don't mean--" Kandy began. "Yep. We sign" Jesse said. And when the fans reached them, they signed. They signed, they signed, and they signed. They signed until there wasn't anybody left. Kandy checked her watch. "Let's go" she said. "Lead the way, girl" Jesse said. And they made their way to the Skytower. When they met..."Hey Rayna!" Kandy called out. A short, brown haired girl looked up. "Kandy!" the girl said. They ran to each other. "So how is everything down here?" Kandy asked, after a very warm welcoming hug. "Does anybody miss me?" "Miss you? Puh-lease. You are now, officially, the highlight of the school. Even people you don't know are calling you their best friend" Rayna replied. "Really?" Kandy asked. Rayna nodded. "Well, without further ado, here's Dream Street" Kandy pointed at them. "Since Aaron has a concert down here, he has to practice, but you'll meet him later." Rayna shook hands with each of the Dream Street members. "Is it ok if I ask a couple of questions?" Rayna asked. "Sure" Greg said. "As long as you tell the truth" Frankie added. "What's that suppose to mean?" Rayna asked. "Oh, well, Dream Street, Aaron and I, we met some really impolite interviewers, who actully love spreading rumors about us" Kandy said. Dream Street nodded in agreement. "Ok, I'll tell the truth. You all can trust me. I'm Kandy's best friend." Rayna said. "Now, first question, how much do you guys like Kandy?" she asked. "Well, that's a good question" Jesse said. Kandy nudged Jesse with her elbow. "Ow, what?" Jesse asked. "Aren't you the one who is lending me a warm hug or a shoulder to cry on?" Kandy asked, hands on her hips. "Yeah" Jesse said. "Can I have a hug?" Kandy asked. "Sure" Jesse said, and he hugged her. "Yeah--ok, we really like Kandy. She is the most awesome girl we ever met" Chris said. "Yeah, I agree" Frankie said. "You know I do" Greg replied. "Me too" Matt said. Then they all stared at Jesse, who was still hugging Kandy. They finished the hug. "What?" Jesse asked the group. Frankie sighed. "Oh, oh, yeah, Kandy is the coolest girl on the planet" Jesse replied. "In fact, we been all over the world, and all other girls, don't compare to the sight we see" Chris, Matt, Greg, Jesse, and Frankie said together. Kandy laughed. "What's so funny?" Rayna asked. "It's the lyrics for 'Gotta Get The Girl,' a Dream Street favorite of mine" Kandy said. "Yo, girl, what time is it?" Frankie asked, scooting closer to Kandy. Kandy looked at her watch. "We gotta go!" she said. Jesse grabbed Kandy's wrist, and they ran together, with everybody else running close behind.
"There you guys are! Come on, you guys have to rehearse" Dan said. Everybody jogged backstage. "What took you guys so long?" Aaron asked, when they were backstage, water bottle in hand. "We had to meet a friend of mine" Kandy said. "This is Rayna." Rayna slowly walked to Aaron, speechless. "Hey Rayna. Come to watch us rehearse?" Aaron asked. Rayna nodded. "Sit there" Aaron said. Rayna sat on the stool that would be use for 'I Want Kandy'. "Ok, who will rehearse first?" Aaron asked. "I think we otta bring the dancers in here, you know, just to make everyone feel comfortable" Greg said. "I agree with Greg" Kandy replied. "Gotcha" Aaron said. "Be right back." He left. "Where's he going?" Rayna asked. "To get the four dancers" Frankie replied. "Oh. Are they as nice as Kandy?" Rayna asked. "They are kinda hot, but they are so not like Kandy" Jesse said. Aaron came back, with four girls dressed alike. "Meet Keri" Aaron said, pointing to a girl wearing an entire black outfit, with holes filled with green. "Meet Lily" Aaron said, pointing to a girl who looked a lot like Keri except she had yellow. "Meet Carla" Aaron said, pointing to a girl who had pink. "And meet Belle" Aaron said, pointing to a girl who had blue. "Um, Aaron?" Kandy asked. "Yeah?" Aaron replied. "We know them already" Kandy said. Chris, Matt, Jesse, Greg, and Frankie started laughing. Kandy tightened her ponytail. "Guess what I just remembered, Kandy?" Chris said, looking at Kandy. "What?" Kandy asked. "Remember, you were lying in a hospital bed, and then you sat up, and we saw your..." Kandy ran up to Chris, and put her hand over his mouth. "Oh, yeah Kandy I remember too" Frankie said. Kandy removed her hand from Chris' mouth. "Me too" Greg said. "Yeah, me too" Jesse said. "So do I" Matt said. Kandy sighed. "Remember what?" Aaron asked. "Oh, just something about Kandy's hair" Jesse said. Kandy looked nervous. She stood right in front of Dream Street, unable to move. "What about Kandy's hair?" Aaron asked. "Uh--nothing. Can we start to rehearse?" Kandy asked, sending sharp looks at the five guys. "Yeah" Rayna said. "We'll tell you later, Aaron" Matt said. "Oh, no you won't" Kandy said. "Who's gonna rehearse first?" Aaron asked. "I vote for Kandy!" Frankie said. The rest of the Dream Street members agreed. "Ok, Kandy what songs are you doing for this concert?" Aaron asked. "I'm thinking of doing Pumpkin Queen, K.a.n.d.y, and I Rock My Own World" Kandy said. "Ok, which one do you want to practice first?" Aaron asked, looking deeply at Kandy. "Let's do Pumpkin Queen first" Kandy said. "Deal" Aaron said. The music started, and Kandy sang Pumpkin Queen, without any problems. When the song ended, everybody cheered. Kandy bowed. "Thank you" she said. "Dream Street, you guys are up" Aaron said. "What 3 songs are you going to sing?" Kandy asked. "Matter of time" Jesse said right away. "Yeah, it's Kandy's favorite song" Chris said. "You could even sing in it if you want" Greg said to Kandy. "Sure" Kandy said. "I say Yeah is a definite" Matt said. "Totally" Frankie agreed. "And Gotta Get The Girl" Chris replied. "Can't forget that one" Matt said. "What song to practice?" Aaron asked. "Let's do Gotta Get The Girl" Matt said. "Yeah" Jesse said. The music started playing, and they sang. When the song was over, it was Aaron's turn. "What song A.C?" Kandy asked. "Hey You" Aaron answered. "Ooh, good choice" Frankie said. The music started, and Aaron sang. "Uh, guys? Time for the concert!" Dan said, appearing with microphones. "Dream Street, you're up!" "Good luck, guys" Kandy said. "Thanks, we need it" Greg said. They each grabbed a portable microphone, put it on, and walked to the stage. Lily, Carla, Keri, and Belle followed. Kandy could hear 'Gotta Get The Girl' in the background. Kandy walked to the opening stage area. "Kandy, wardrode time" Lana, the wardrobe stylist said. "Oh,ok" Kandy said. And she left. "So, Rayna, how big of an Aaron Carter fan is Kandy?" Aaron asked Rayna. "You really want me to answer that?" Rayna asked, standing up. "Well, yeah" Aaron said. "Ok, her room, down here, is completely covered in Aaron Carter posters. Even I can't see her wall" Rayna replied. Kandy was now back dressed in her cowgirl outfit. Aaron was already dressed in his cowboy outfit. "Ah, twins!" Rayna called out. Kandy smiled. "You can say that again" she said. "What song is after Cowgirl?" Rayna asked. "Bounce" Aaron said. "What do you guys wear for that one?" Rayna asked. "Our own type of style. You know, what we feel comfortable in" Kandy replied. "Everyday type clothes" Aaron said. "What's after Bounce?" Rayna asked. "After Bounce, we have 2 Good 2 B True, then Summertime, then Hey You, Iko Iko" Aaron said. "Girl, You Shine, Stride, That's How I Beat Shaq, I Want Kandy, My Internet Girl, America A O, Baby It's You, Do You Remember, and" Kandy said. "Not Too Young, Not Too Old" Kandy and Aaron said at the same time. "Coolie" Rayna said. Kandy could hear They Don't Understand. Kandy sighed. She tightened her ponytail. She wants to practice her back flips. Aaron could tell. He moved and shoved Rayna over to the side. Then Kandy did a back flip twist. After, she grabbed her cowgirl hat, and put it on. Kandy looked out the opening stage area and saw Dream Street, dancing and having a good time. At the end of They Don't Understand, Dream Street jogged backstage. "You want to be in this song?" Frankie asked Kandy. "If it's Matter Of Time, then I have to be in the song" Kandy replied. "Well, get ready, girl" Frankie said. Kandy smiled. She quickly tightened her ponytail, and retied her sneakers. "Ready" she said, when she was done. "Let's go" Jesse said, grabbing Kandy by the hand. Dream Street walked onstage, Jesse and Kandy holding hands. The crowd cheered loudly as they saw Kandy. Music started, and they all sang to Matter Of Time. Aaron and Rayna watched through the opening stage area. When the song ended, the audience cheered. Dream Street and Kandy bowed then jolted backstage. "Ok, Aaron you have seven minutes till you have to go on" Johnny said. Dream Street put their microphones down. "Third concert of the tour, huh Aaron?" Greg asked. "Yeah" Aaron said. "When is your next tour, I mean, after this tour?" Kandy asked. "Summer" Aaron replied, walking up to Kandy. "You're not really talking too much, Aaron, are you ok?" Rayna asked. Aaron turned to Dream Street. "Only one thing is bugging me" Aaron said. "What?" Matt asked. "Since you promised to tell me later, and--it is later, what is the whole deal with Kandy's hair?" Aaron asked. Dream Street looked at Kandy, and nodded for her to come over. She did. Kandy stood standing in the middle of the group. She looked a bit worried. "You know we have to tell him, right Kandy?" Frankie asked her. "I got a better idea" Kandy said. "What's that?" Chris asked. "Why don't we just show him?" Kandy asked. "Are you ok with that?" Jesse asked. "Yeah, positive, on one condition" Kandy replied. "What's that?" Chris asked again. Then Kandy whispered, "I'm not wearing my hair like that for the concert" she said. "Done" Dream Street replied. "Guys, 2 minutes till concert time" Aaron said, looking at his watch. "After the concert, Aaron, when we have more time" Frankie said. "It better be after the concert, or I'm gonna do--I'm gonna do--o-k, I don't know what I'm gonna do" Aaron said. "Give it up for Aaron Carter and a good friend of Aaron's, Kandy!" announced the introducer. Aaron and Kandy ran to the stage just in time for Cowgirl. Dream Street stayed and chatted with Rayna. "What is Kandy's favorite color?" Frankie asked. "Blue, green, orange, teal, and magenta" Rayna replied. "All those are her favorite?" Chris asked. "She likes all of them, she can't decide which one she likes better" Rayna answered. "What is her favorite fast food restraunt?" Jesse asked. "Wendy's" Rayna said. "She is crazy for the chicken nuggets." "How do you know so much about Kandy?" Matt asked. "I'm her best friend, we tell each other everything" Rayna replied. "Everything?" Greg asked. "Everything" Rayna replied. Throughout the concert, Aaron and Kandy came backstage, for wardrobe and stuff. At the end of the concert, it was autograph time. Everyone sat down at a long table, that fit seven chairs. Dream Street sat down at the first five, Kandy sat down next, and then Aaron, since he was the highlight of the concert. People got their autographs, even hugs and pictures. "Can I take a picture of all of you together?" someone said. Kandy looked up. "Frankie?" she asked, shocked. "Pretty cool concert, Aaron" Frankie Muniz said. "Thanks man" Aaron said. "What are you doing here?" Greg asked. "Well, I heard that Aaron's next concert is at Paramount Carowinds, so I just had to come" Frankie said. "You left at the courtroom, and we never saw you leave" Kandy remembered. "Yep, that's right. I didn't want to see the fight between Catwoman and Kandy here" Frankie said. Kandy got out of her seat and hugged Frankie. "I missed you" Kandy said. "I missed you too" Frankie said, when they finished hugging. Frankie Muniz stayed for a bit, and signed a couple of autographs as well. When all the fans left, everybody decided to hang out in the autograph room. "Ok, you have to tell me" Aaron said to Dream Street. "What is the deal with Kandy's hair, and no excuses this time." Kandy was over at the other side of the room, chatting with Rayna. "Yeah, we have to tell Aaron, we promised" Frankie said. "What about Kandy's hair?" Frankie Muniz asked. "Remember in the hospital, she was lying in bed, and then she sat up, so...we saw..." Greg explained. "Oh yeah" Frankie Muniz said. Dream Street walked over to Kandy with Aaron and Frankie Muniz following them. "Which Dream Street member is your favorite?" Rayna asked Kandy. Rayna and Kandy didn't see Dream Street. Kandy's back was turned, and Rayna was looking in a small notebook. "I don't know. At this point, it might be Jesse, but then again, Greg is cool, and--uhh, I don't know which one. All of them are just way too cool to hang out with" Kandy answered. Chris cleared his throat. Kandy spun around. Then she gasped. "How long have you been standing there?" she asked them. "Not that long. Long enough to hear your answer to the question though" Matt said. "Oh" Kandy said, nervous. "Guess what time it is, girl?" Chris asked. "We have to tell Aaron" Frankie said. "Oh no, not that time" Kandy replied. "We promised" Greg said. "You gonna show him, Kandy?" Jesse asked. "If you don't, we will. We're gonna keep this promise" Chris said. Kandy sighed. "Alright" she said. Kandy reached for the back of her head, and felt the ponytail. Then, she took it out. After, she flipped her hair, and looked at Aaron. He stared at her, wide eyed. "Oh--my--" Aaron said. Aaron twisted his fingers in Kandy's hair. Her brown hair was flowing over her shoulders, just like in the hospital bed. Dream Street watched. "This--this is the big surprise?" Aaron asked. "Yeah, you like?" Kandy asked, putting her hair thing around her wrist. "You guys saw her hair like this in the hospital?" Aaron asked Dream Street. "Yep, we did" Chris said. Aaron ran his fingers through her hair. "I think we need a picture" Frankie Muniz said. "And I got a camera" Rayna said. Greg shooed Aaron away, and started talking to him, on the other side of the room. Kandy looked at Aaron. Aaron was busy chatting to Greg and Matt. Chris walked over and sat on the table that Kandy was sitting on. "I can't believe you made me do that" Kandy told Chris. "It was a promise that we were suppose to keep" Chris replied. "What is with Dream Street and promises?" Kandy asked. "Promises were made to be broken." "Not when they're with Aaron Carter" Chris said. "Ok, found it!" Rayna said, as she took a small camera. "Great" Chris said, hopping off the table. Aaron, Greg and Matt came over. Frankie Muniz also did. Jesse grabbed Kandy by the wrist and pulled her off the table, and they walked hand in hand towards the rest of the group. "Ok, I'll take the picture" Rayna said. "What are you talking about? Wouldn't you love to be in a picture with famous people?" Kandy asked. "I'll take pictures later. I brought a lot of film" Rayna replied. "Ok, if you say so" Frankie Muniz said. Dream Street was in the back, since they were the tallest, and Aaron, Frankie Muniz, and Kandy got in front of them. Kandy was in front of Jesse. Jesse put his hands on her shoulders. "Everybody smile" Rayna said, looking through the camera. Everybody did so. [click...] Rayna took a picture. "Great, thanks" Rayna said. "No prob, Lightfoot" Kandy said. Aaron, Greg and Matt went back to chatting. "Oh yeah, Kandy, I got some more questions for you to answer" Rayna said. "Ok" Kandy said. "And bring Jesse over here, too" Rayna said. "Gotcha" Kandy said. Kandy walked up to Jesse. "Hey Kandy" Jesse said. "Rayna has some questions she wants us to answer" Kandy said. "Ok, sure" Jesse said, and he walked with Kandy over to Rayna. "You have some questions for us to answer?" Jesse asked Rayna when Kandy and him were with her. "Yeah. Are you guys gonna date?" Rayna asked, pen on the notebook, waiting cautiously for the answer. "Date?" Kandy and Jesse said together. "Well, yeah. You guys hugged in the park, then walked hand in hand whenever you get the chance" Rayna explained. Kandy looked at Jesse. Jesse looked at Kandy. "Jesse, can I talk to you for a minute?" replied a voice behind them. Kandy and Jesse turned around. It was Greg. "Can't it wait?" Jesse asked. "It's bad news. About Aaron" Greg said. "Oh, sure" Jesse said. "I'll be back in a minute" Jesse said. "So, you are you going to date Jesse?" Rayna asked. Kandy shrugged. "I don't know, maybe. I just want to focus on Aaron" Kandy said. Kandy looked over at Jesse and Greg. Jesse got a sensitive look on his face. "I wonder what's going on" Kandy said, looking back at Rayna. Jesse came back. "Ok Rayna, I ready to answer more questions" Jesse said. "Everything ok?" Kandy asked. Jesse looked at her. "Yeah, things are fine girl, why?" he asked. "No reason" Kandy said. Jesse and Kandy answered Rayna's questions, and then Rayna had to leave. "I hope to see you again sometime" Kandy said, giving her friend a tight hug. "And when you do, bring Frankie Muniz. He's cute" Rayna whispered into Kandy's ear. Kandy smiled. "I'll try" she said. "Good" Rayna said, and she left. "Well, we better get some rest" Aaron said. "Why?" Kandy asked. "Music mania Awards" Aaron replied. "Aaron, I want to hang out with my hot, new friends" Kandy said. "Who are her hot new friends?" Frankie asked. Chris groaned. Jesse and Matt looked at him like he was stupid. Greg rolled his eyes. "What? Who are the hot guys Kandy is referring to?" Frankie asked. "You little idiot" Jesse said, snickering. "What?" Frankie asked. "She's referring to us, and Aaron" Chris said. "She thinks we're hot?" Frankie asked. "Yeah Frank, I do" Kandy said, nodding her head and smiling. "Oh" Frankie said. "Ok, we can hang out here a bit longer, since Kandy wants to" Aaron said. "Hey, it's still light out. Why don't we go in the park?" Kandy asked. "Will they let us do that?" Frankie Muniz asked. "No, but I got connections. Come on" Kandy said. She dragged the group towards the front gate. They were just closing. "Excuse me, can we get in?" Kandy asked the man who was shutting down the ticket booth. "Park's closed" the man said, looking up. "But not for you guys." "Thanks" Kandy said, and they all went in. Then over the loud speaker, someone said, "Attention Park Employees! Kandy, Aaron Carter, Frankie Muniz, and Dream Street are in the park and are free to ride the rides and eat the food. That's it all!" Everybody looked at each other then burst out laughing. They rode in the park for a few hours. Dream Street and Frankie Muniz went to check out this one ride, and Aaron wanted to chat with Kandy. "Aaron, what did you tell Greg, that made him tell Jesse, back when Rayna was here?" Kandy asked Aaron. Aaron stopped walking. "It's not important" he said. "I mean it Aaron, I wanna know what's going on" Kandy said, stopping too. "You really wanna know?" Aaron asked, standing in front of her. "Yeah" Kandy said. "Fine. I'll tell you" Aaron said. Then he kissed her, PG-13 liplock way. When they finished kissing, Kandy asked, "What was that for?" "That's what I been telling everybody. How much I wanted to kiss you, and hold you. I just never got the chance to tell you how I feel" Aaron said. "I wish you told me sooner, Aaron" Kandy said. "Why?" Aaron asked. "Because I'm dating Jesse" Kandy said. "You're dating Jesse? You mean, dating dating?" Aaron asked. Kandy nodded. Dream Street and Frankie Muniz came back. "Jesse, are you dating Kandy?" Aaron asked Jesse. "Yeah" Jesse said, standing next to Kandy. "Well, that spoils the fun out of everything" Aaron said. "Come on. Music Mania Awards tomorrow. We gotta get some sleep" Kandy said. "Oh, now you want to sleep" Aaron said. "Yeah" Kandy said. They all walked back to the tourbus, and went straight to bed.
Hundreds of entertainers were crowded on the red carpet. Everyone from Female Singer-Ashanti, to Male Singer-Eminem, from Female Actress-Sarah Michelle Gellar, to Male Actor-Josh Hartnett. Kandy even made some new friends, which include, Kristen Dunst, Alexa Vega, Jeffery Licon, Nelly, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, and Kelly Osborne. She had all their digits, and they had hers. They promised to call her whenever they got the chance. Jennifer Love Hewitt was the MMA host. "Ok, first catagorie, Favorite Rap Artist. And the winner is...no way. Um...ok...I don't think we never had a tie before. Anyway the winners are Eminem and Nelly!" Love annouced. Eminem and Nell jumped from theor seats, to claim their prize. After, they walked offstage together, both carrying the small gold disc record trophy thing. "Ok, next catagorie is...Favorite TV Actor" Love said, after the crowd hushed. "And the winner is...Jeffery Licon!" Love said. Kandy cheered happily, and when Jeffery walked past her seat, he winked at her. Kandy smiled. He took his award, and walked backstage. "Favorite Movie Actor" Love said. "And the winner is...Frankie Muniz!" Frankie M. got out of his seat, and walked up the steps and onto the stage. Love allowed him to say a speech. He did. "Fisrt of all, I would like to thank Dream Street, Kandy, and Aaron Carter for this award. They inspired me to create better 'Malcom in the middle' shows and that's what got me this award. Come on up here, guys" Frankie M. said. They got up and while they were walking up the stage, Frankie said, "Be sure to check out the Malcom In The Middle movie." Cheers and applause echoed throughout the building. When they reached Frankie, Kandy kissed him. "This is one of the things I love about Kandy" Frankie M. said. Kandy laughed. He thanked more people, and the whole group went backstage, as Love announced the next catagory, 'Favorite Male CD Album'. "Frankie, how come you never told us you were a nominie?" Greg asked him when they were backstage. "I guess it never crossed my mind" Frankie Muniz replied. "Kandy, how come you never told me what you were wearing to the MMA?" Frankie Muniz asked Kandy. Kandy looked down at herself. She was wearing a long, sleeveless, hot pink, sparkely dress, her hair in a ponytail with flowers coming out of the hair thingie. "I don't know. I guess it never crossed my mind" Kandy replied. "But you gotta admit, she looks totally hot, right Jesse?" Chris asked. "Hot? She's on fire" Jesse replied. Kandy smiled. "And the winner is...Aaron Carter!" they heard Love say. "No way" Kandy said. "Oh my gosh" Aaron said, and he left to collect his award. "What album are they talking about?" Matt asked. "Probably 'Another Earthquake' I guess" Kandy said. "But that has been out for a while" Frankie pointed out. "Well--I guess Aaron has a lot of fans, and you got to admit, I think it is much better than Nelly's 'Nellyville' album" Kandy said. "Yeah, you gotta point" Greg said. The MMA went on like that. Dream Street's preformance was probably the most spectacualr, and Kandy got to sing her number 3 song in the country 'Pumpkin Queen'. That song is pretty big. After the MMA, everyone went home with at least one award. Kandy won the award for 'Popstatic Princess of Pop', Dream Street won, 'The Hottie Five' award. They competed against Backstreet Boys, O*Town, and Natural, and DS won! Aaron won two awards, 'Favorite Male CD Album', and 'Favorite Male Hottie of The Year'. He was happy. Everyone got on the plane, and arrived in Chicago-where the tour bus last was-and hopped on the tour bus. They had a concert in Pittsburg, PA.
"That was a pretty awesome award show" Greg said, when they were in the studio at Pittsburg. "Hey, what's up guys?" replied a voice at the door. Dream Street turned around. "Rayna?" they all asked at the same time. "Hey, what's goin' on?" Rayna asked, walking in the room. "Does Kandy know you're here?" Matt asked. "Actually, no. I haven't seen her" Rayna replied. "What are you doing here?" Greg asked. "Well, I heard Aaron was having a concert here in Hittsburgh, so I just had to come along" Rayna said. "Pittsburgh" corrected a voice at the door. Rayna turned around. Aaron was standing there, leaning against the doorway. "That's what I said, Pittsburg" Rayna said. "So, Kandy doesn't know you're here, huh Lightfoot?" Aaron asked. "Well, not yet. I haven't seen her" Rayna said. "Room 6B" Aaron said. "I was just over there." "Doing what?" Jesse asked. "Just talkin'. I mean, she seemed kinda depressed when I talked to her" Aaron answered. "I'm gonna go see her now" Rayna said leaving. "Ok. See you later" Aaron said. Rayna left. Jesse tugged Aaron at the shirt, and dragged him in the room. "Ow, what?" Aaron asked when Jesse let go. "I know your're jealous of Kandy and I, but get over it" Jesse replied.
There was a knock at Kandy's door. Kandy put down the popstar magazine she was reading (not really, more like tearing out the posters). Then she answered the door. "Rayna?" Kandy asked. "Hey, what's up, Great One?" Rayna said. "Nothing, Old Faithful One, same as usual" Kandy replied, smiling. "Wow, We haven't used those nicknames in a while" Rayna said. "Not since sixth grade" Kandy answered. "Hey you wanna have some fun?" Kandy asked. "Sure, how?" Rayna asked. "Let's talk to Chris. Apparently, he does have a sence of humor side" Kandy said. Rayna laughed. "Ok, let's go" she said, and Kandy and her walked to Dream Street's room. When they got there, they knocked on the door. "Yeah?" Greg said, opening the door. "Hey Kandy, what's going on?" he asked, after seeing who it was. "We wanna talk to Chris" Kandy said. "Yeah we do" Rayna agreed. "Yo, Chris, the girls wanna talk to you!" Greg called out. "Really?" Chris asked, appearing at the doorway. "What's up, girls" Chris asked. Kandy, and Rayna walked inside and started chatting with everybody. Around 11:00, Rayna said, "It's getting late now. I should go. I'm staying at this really snazzy hotel." Rayna got up. Kandy also did. "Thanks for coming over, Lightfoot" Kandy said, walking Rayna to the door. "I enjoyed it." "Later Rayna" Jesse said. "Bye Rayna" Frankie called out. Rayna waved and disappeared out the door. "That was fun" Greg said, when Kandy laid back down. "Yeah, she is a very fun person" Matt agreed. "Can't argue with that" Aaron said. It was around 11:30 when the phone rang. Kandy answered it. "Hello?" she asked. "Hello. Is Kandy there?" replied the voice on the other end. Dream Street and Aaron looked at her. "This is her" Kandy said. "Kandy, I'm Dr.Thorne, from the Pittsburgh County Hospital" said the voice on the other end. Kandy looked up. "Can I help you, Dr. Thorne?" Kandy asked, after a few moments. Dream Street's eyes got wide, and Aaron mouthed "Doctor Thorne?". "Do you happen to know a particular girl named Rayna Watt?" Dr. Thorne asked. "Yes, I know Rayna" Kandy replied, getting very scared. "Well, please come down to the hospital" Dr. Thorne said. "Why? Did something happen to her?" Kandy asked, frightened. "She was in a car accident" Dr. Thorne replied. "No" Kandy whispered. "Please come" Dr. Thorne said. "Yes, yes, certainly" Kandy said. Dr. Thorne hung up. Kandy moved the phone away from her ear a couple of inches, her eyes wide with fear. "Kandy, are you alright?" Frankie asked. Kandy dropped the phone. Then she stood there. Matt picked up the phone and put it on the reciever. "Kandy, what's wrong" Jesse asked, putting a hand on her shoulder. "It's Rayna" Kandy said. She turned around. "She was in a car accident."
"Where is the room?" Aaron asked quickly, as they rushed down the hospital hall. "Oh, there's the front desk. I'll go ask" Kandy said. "I'll go with you" Matt said. "Ok" Kandy said. She and Matt walked over to the desk. "Excuse me" Kandy said to the lady sitting down. "Yeah, what do you want?" the lady said in a rude way. The lady looked up. She wasn't very attractive. She had bright red hair, all curly, wearing the little nurse hat. She wore a lab coat with a name tag that says "Dr. Marsh." "Oh, the young teen sensation-famous Kandy" Dr. Marsh replied in her rude voice. Kandy looked at Matt. "What room is Rayna Watt in?" Kandy asked, turning back to Dr. Marsh. "How the heck should I know" Dr. Marsh said, reading a 'People' magazine. "Rayna Watt?" replied a voice behind them. Kandy and Matt turned around. There, standing in front of them was a nice looking lady, around the age of 24 or so. She wore a stethoscope around her neck, and wore a white lab coat. She had straight brown hair-almost identical to Kandy's-and had a pencil behind her ear. The lady also held a clipboard in her left hand. "Yes, Rayna Watt" Matt said. "Kandy, right?" the lady asked. "That's right" Kandy replied. Dream Street and Aaron came over. "Hi. I'm Dr. Thorne. We talked on the phone" the lady said. "Please to meet you" Kandy said, and she and Dr. Thorne shook hands. "Can we see Rayna?" Greg asked. "Are you related to the patient?" Dr. Thorne asked. "No. We're friends" Chris said. "I'm sorry. Only family can see the patient at the moment" Dr. Thorne said. Dream Street-and Aaron-looked at Kandy. "Listen, her parents are all the way down in North Carolina. They won't get here very soon" Kandy pointed out. Aaron nodded. "Where's Rayna? Where's Rayna?" shouted someone from around the corner. Then, running from around the corner was Mr. and Mrs. Watt. "O-k, so they can get here pretty fast" Kandy said. Mrs Watt ran up to Kandy and grabbed her by the shoulders. Then she slammed her against the wall. "What have you done to her?" Mrs. Watt yelled. Aaron and Jesse ran up to them, and shook Mrs. Watt off of Kandy. "I've done nothing" Kandy said, dusting off her shoulders. "Unlikely story" Mr. Watt said. "But it's the truth!" Kandy said. "Oh, sure it is" Mrs. Watt said. "Um, Mr. and Mrs. Watt-would you like to see Rayna?" Dr. Thorne asked. "Yes" Mrs. Watt said. "You better watch yourself, Kandy, or else you won't live to see daylight again!" Mrs. Watt yelled, as the doctor, Mr. Watt and her disappeared into a door. "You ok, Kandy?" Chris asked, walking up to her. "Yeah, I'll be fine. I'm used to getting hurt in places above my waist" Kandy replied. "Ok, now you know what Hilary did was no accident-but that shoulder thing was" Greg pointed out. "Don't mention the name Hilary" Kandy said. "I have had enough of her as it is."
It seemed like forever when Mr. and Mrs. Watt came out of the room. Dream Street, Aaron, and Kandy all sttod up. "Is she alright?" Matt asked. Mrs. Watt didn't answer. Instead, she charged herself at Kandy, knocking Kandy off her feet. Then, Mrs. Watt started punching her in the stomache. Greg and Chris rushed quickly over to them and yanked Mrs. Watt off. Aaron helped Kandy up. Kandy tightened her ponytail. "Mrs. Watt" Dr. Thorne said. "Yes?" Mrs. Watt asked, keeping both eyes on Kandy. "Kandy didn't hurt Rayna" Dr. Thorne said. "It was a drunk driver." Mrs. Watt looked at the doctor. "Oh" she said, and she and Mr. Watt left without even saying 'sorry' to Kandy. "Can we see Rayna now?" Frankie asked, putting a hand on Kandy's shoulder. "Yes, you may. We gave her her medicine so she will be sleeping" Dr. Thorne said. "That's okay, as long as we see her" Kandy said. "Follow me" Dr. Thorne said, and they walked through a doorway marked 'Rayna Watt'. "I'll leave you alone with her" Dr. Thorne said. And she left. Dream Street, Aaron, and Kandy looked at Rayna lying in the hospital bed. She had a bunch of differect color wires attached to her, and she wore an arm cast. Her eyes were closed. Kandy looked at her, lying there, unable to move, and her eyes started to get wet. Dream Street looked very sad, and Aaron truely looked hurt. "This cannot be Rayna" Chris said, his voice cracking. "It is" Greg said. "Who would do something so cruel to a sweet, innocent girl?" Matt asked. "Obviously a drunk driver" Aaron answered. Kandy slowly walked up to Rayna. Then she knelt down beside her. Kandy held Rayna's hand. "We will always be right here with you" Kandy whispered into Rayna's ear. Then, she, Dream Street, and Aaron left.
It was morning, and everyone is back at the studio. Kandy walked into her room. She just came back from the hospital. Kandy walked up to her glass angel on her nightstand. She picked it up, and threw it against the wall. It made a loud crash and broke into a million pieces. Kandy didn't even bother cleaning it up. Then she sat on the ground, between her two windows, and rested her head on her knees. Aaron walked into the room, and saw her. Then he rushed over to her, and knelt down beside her. "Are you alright?" he asked. Kandy looked up. Tears were streaking down her cheeks. Aaron whiped them away. "No, I'm not" Kandy replied. "You need a hug, don't you?" Aaron asked. Kandy nodded. Aaron hugged her. When he did, he took the ponytail out of her hair. Then he put his hand around her waist. They finished the hug, and Aaron looked into her eyes. Then, as if some other Aaron took over-he kissed Kandy-PG-13 liplock. Jesse was walking up the hall. He wanted to talk to Kandy. When he reached her doorway, he saw Aaron kissing Kandy. Jesse stood there, wide eyed. and then he walked to his room. Kandy pushed Aaron away. "What was that for?" she asked, not so sad anymore. "Well, I thought you deserved a kiss, a kiss from the heart, not from the lips" Aaron said, putting both hands on her shoulders. "I'm not leaving you this way. A kiss is good for you." "Ok, enough with lyrics to songs" Kandy said. "But I didn't say it from the song, I said it from the heart" Aaron said. Kandy got up. "This is wrong. This is so wrong" she said. Aaron got up. "It's only wrong if you want it to be" he said. Kandy sighed. "I can't believe you. You know I'm dating Jesse. What's your problem, are you jealous?" Kandy demanded. Aaron looked hurt. "Oh my gosh. You are jealous" Kandy said more calmly. Aaron nodded. "I want to be the one to put my arm around you. I want to be the one who comforts you. I want to be the one who holds you right where you belong" Aaron said. "And I said all that--" "Straight from the heart" Kandy said, finishing his sentence. "Exactly" Aaron said. "Let's go get some lunch." "Yeah, I am kinda hungry" Kandy said, and they left her room, together.
"Hey Kandy, what's goin' on?" Jesse asked, sitting down with them in the lunch area. Kandy took a sip from her water bottle. "Everything's good" Kandy said. Chris sat across from Kandy, and Aaron sat next to her. "Kandy, can I talk to you?" Jesse asked. "Sure" Kandy said. She got up, and followed Jesse. Then they sat down at an empty table. "I saw you" Jesse said. "Saw me? Saw me doing what?' Kandy asked. "I saw you kiss Aaron earlier today" Jesse said. Kandy eyes widened. "You did" Kandy said, nervously. "Yeah, that's why I'm breaking up with you" Jesse said. "You're what?" Kandy asked. "You can't be serious. All for one little kiss from Aaron?" she asked. "When I saw you kiss Aaron, I knew you felt something. You both did" Jesse explained. "No we didn't" Kandy said. "Yes you did. And you deserve Aaron, not me. But we'll still be friends" Jesse said. And he got up, and left. Matt and Frankie came over. "What was that all about?" Matt asked. "That, was just Jesse breaking up with me" Kandy said. "Are you ok?" Frankie asked. "Oh, yeah, I'm fine" Kandy replied, and she got up. "I'm just fine."
The tour is almost over. Rayna is out of the hospital and is back home in North Carolina. Aaron has two more concerts left on this tour, and Kandy's album is already out. Aaron has completed both concerts and Dream Street plus Aaron all flew to North Carolina to say their final goodbyes to Kandy. "We will see each other again, right?" Chris asked Kandy when they got off the plane. "When you guys have a concert here in North Carolina, please send me a backstage pass. I would love to see you guys again" Kandy replied. The pilot took Kandy's bags out of the plane ant put them in the limo. "We're gonna miss you girl" Frankie said. "We're gonna miss you so much" Matt said. "It's like all of us fell in love with you during this tour" Jesse said. "I think we all did" Greg said. Kandy laughed. "Don't forget to write, and make sure you call once in a while" Kandy said. "We will, don't worry" they all said together. Kandy hugged every one of the Dream Street members. Then they walked back in the plane and it was Aaron's turn. "This has been the coolest tour I have ever seen Aaron, thankyou for having me" Kandy said. "You will come on another one, won't you?" Aaron asked. "I would definitly not miss it" Kandy said. "Good" Aaron said. And he kissed Kandy. Instead of a PG-13 liplock, it was a PG-18 liplock. "Come on Aaron, we gotta get home!" shouted Frankie from the plane. "Yeah, we'll see her again" Chris shouted. Aaron finished kissing Kandy, and gave her a necklace. It was diamond. Kandy gasped when she saw it. "DS and I put all of our money together and bought you a souviner" Aaron said. Then he put the necklace around her neck, and fastened it. "Don't ever lose it." "I won't" Kandy said. "Bye girl" Aaron said. "Bye Airboy" Kandy said. Aaron walked up the steps and into the plane. It took off, and Kandy waved at it with one hand, and held the necklace with the other. Then she got into her ride, and it drove off in the sunset, to her house.
